Mexican grown Organic Mini Sweet Peppers in 12/1lb pouches are also experiencing great supplies and promotional pricing during March. Organic Color Bell Peppers remain in steady supply from Mexico and Israel in mid-March on 11lb cases and overwrap 2 packs. Quality and availability from both regions have been consistent. New crop Canadian and Holland supplies are right around the corner and will transition into these new growing regions in early to mid-April. Organic Green Bell Peppers from Lady Moon Farms in Florida are beginning to wind down in mid-March as they have begun to harvest their final planting. Sup- plies will begin to decrease, and pricing will begin to increase as we approach April.
