Organ transplantation is often the only treatment for end-of-state organ failure, such as
liver and heart failure. Renal replacement therapy, renal transplantation is the end-stage renal

This can only be ensured through rigorous selection procedures, careful surgical nephrectomy
and donor follow- up to ensure optimal management of undesired consequences.
