What is the process? ● CREATIVE FOOD ● DISTINCTIVE EVENTS ● EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE Bored with meal planning, fed up with queuing in supermarkets and tired of cooking breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Let us do what we have done for over 35 years – do all of the above for you. What is the difference to how we normally operate? See below The items we are producing week on week can be found on the following menus. We also have boxes which will remain the same however we may add new boxes to it, so worth checking. The latter can be found on our ‘order and collect – luxury boxes’ menu which we can also deliver Menus will be released on a Monday for the following week – all orders must be placed 4 days later on the Friday. Menus will be launched on our Instagram, sent via e-marketing and also shown on our website. To place an order please email deli@athomecatering.co.uk All orders can be collected from our Cobham deli and a time slot will be given on booking. If you would prefer a contact free collection this can be arranged so please enquire. We offer a chargeable delivery service on both Wednesday and Fridays – subject to availability No minimum spend on collection (unless specified) but a £80.00 minimum spend on deliveries applies plus VAT. Full payment taken at moment of order. All items will be sent in reusable plastic containers unless we have marked with a * and then a refundable deposit will be taken That’s it – simple and stress free. Now to make you hungry – flick through our planned menus and make sure to get your order in All subject to availability. We are working in a different way at the moment with all the restrictions placed upon us and whilst we do our best to accommodate everyone, unfortunately we are only able to make a certain numbers of dishes per day. If you are not able to have your chosen dish on your day we are more than happy to go over on the phone what is possible.
Easter Menu – Good Friday Two course menu price £30.00 per person. To include; one main course, two sides and one dessert. Collections Thursday 1st April. Minimum 4 people. Main Course Spring chicken pot pie with roasted chicken, bacon lardons, leeks, asparagus, baby carrots and tarragon ❖ Salmon, spinach and cheddar sauce en croute ❖ Luxury fish pie with salmon, lobster, smoked haddock, scallops and prawns topped with creamy mash Extra £12 per person ❖ Spring vegetable pie with layers of soft caramelised leeks, asparagus, peas and mascarpone Sides Mixed baby vegetables with herb butter ❖ Braised peas with baby onions and lettuce ❖ Creamed baby spinach ❖ Minted Jersey royals Desserts Hot cross bun brownies ❖ Hazelnut meringue with chocolate, coffee cream and mini chocolate eggs ❖ Neapolitan Easter tart with sweet pastry, ricotta and orange ❖ Amaretti cheesecake
Easter Menu – Easter Sunday Three course menu price £40.00 per person. Collections Saturday 3rd April. Minimum 4 people. Starter British fruits de mer platter Dressed Cornish crab, prawns, Scottish smoked salmon, smoked mussels, hand dived scallops in lemon and dill dressing and garlic and herb mayonnaise. Extra £20 per person. ❖ Norfolk asparagus, brown shrimps and caper and parsley dressing Extra £10 per person. ❖ Mixed beetroot salad with goats cheese mousse and pine nut dressing ❖ Cornish crab bisque Main Course Rump of lamb, port and rosemary jus, potato terrine and Spring vegetables ❖ Saddle of lamb stuffed with shallots, garlic and pancetta with red wine and redcurrant sauce. This weeks deli dishes Multiples of 2 ● CREATIVE FOOD ● DISTINCTIVE EVENTS ● EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE Butter chicken Marinated chicken served in a rich buttery sauce that has been spiced with ginger, garlic, cardamon, garam masala and turmeric. £15.50 for two portions • Chicken in wild mushroom sauce Breast of chicken cooked in a creamy white wine and wild mushroom sauce. An all time At Home favourite £14.00 for two portions • Steak and ale pie * We use shin of beef which is slowly braised with smoked bacon lardons, onions, carrots, mushrooms, red wine vinegar, miso paste, sweet brown ale and beef stock. The pie is topped with flaky puff pastry £14.50 for two portions • Shepherd’s pie with cheese & leek mash * Lean minced lamb, slowly cooked with onions, carrots, celery and thyme, topped with creamy leek and potato mash. £14.50 for two portions • Lamb Vindaloo £16.00 for two portions •

British classics Minimum 4 portions ● CREATIVE FOOD ● DISTINCTIVE EVENTS ● EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE Soups @ £3.00 per portion Mulligatawny Cream of tomato Leek and potato Cream of mushroom Lighter Classics Individual quiche Lorraine @ £5.00 each The name is French but actually this is a good old egg and bacon tart and is of much of a classic in Britain as is in France • Individual homity pie @ £6.00 each Popular in the seventies and eighties, homity pie was created by the land girls during the Second World War due to rationing. A short crust pastry base with potatoes and root vegetables topped with mature cheddar and goat’s cheese. A veggie dish that can be enjoyed by all. • Individual crab and leek tart @ £12.00 each Crab and leek are a perfect combo and they make a great tart. British crabs are some of the finest in the world which makes this tart a true classic. • Thai vegetable curry @ £13.00 for two portions Whether you’re in Bangkok or Brum, a Thai curry makes a great supper. Thai curries are hugely popular in the UK now and have become a regular item on many menus.
British classics Minimum 4 portions ● CREATIVE FOOD ● DISTINCTIVE EVENTS ● EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE Cosy comfort classics Chicken tikka masala Once voted Britain’s favourite curry, the dish might actually have been invented in Britain by mixing Indian chicken tikka with a curry sauce to satisfy our love of gravy. £13.50 for two portions • Lancashire hotpot * This hotpot is a true classic; in this recipe we add kidneys and black pudding with the lamb to add richness and flavour. £15.00 for two portions • Swedish meatballs with gravy A famous furniture retailer, you know who we mean, sells two million of these meatballs every day and they have become a British classic. £12.50 for two portions • Chicken cobbler * We first ate cobblers in the US, but we’ve come up with a few of our own versions since then and now they’re just as popular in Britain. In this dish we use chicken breast, leeks, ham, tarragon and a white wine sauce. £15.00 for two portions • Steak and ale pie * Beef and beer, this is the classic of the classics. We use well marbled braising steak, real ale, smoked streaky bacon and chestnut mushrooms. £14.50 for two portions • Fish cakes with parsley sauce Another British classic a great fishcake, we use plenty of fish in our fishcakes, salmon, cod and smoked haddock bound together with creamy mashed potato and coated with bread crumbs. £8.50 per fishcake * Deposit will be charged on dish
British classics Minimum 4 portions ● CREATIVE FOOD ● DISTINCTIVE EVENTS ● EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE Posh classics Lobster thermidor @ £50.00 whole lobster Whole Lobster thermidor was one of the very last main courses served on the Titanic just before the dining room was plunged into darkness. Whilst it is clearly a French dish it has been pretty much adopted by the British over the years. • Fillet of beef wellington with marsala sauce @£50.00 for two portions Named after Arthur Wellesley the 1st Duke of Wellington who counted the dish among his favourite recipes. The fillet of beef is wrapped in layers of pate, duxelle (a finely chopped mushroom mixture) Parma ham and puff pastry. • Breast of duck with orange sauce @ £18.00 for two portions * This is without a doubt one of the world’s great dishes, served by Michelin star restaurants and pubs alike all over the country. We use kumquats in the sauce to give it a little more zing. • Game pie @£18.00 for two portions * This is a veritable feast; it originated around the mid-1800s, when serving your guests a game pie would have been a good indication that the host owned vast tracts of property. Only the rich ate game. The port and red wine in this recipe merge to give the gravy a deep, almost burgundy colour.
