Music has the power to speak to our souls, to profoundly affect our mood, to relax, energise, move us. The idea is to start each session with a gentle introduction about the composer, the genre, or the music instrument, and then we'll listen to the piece together. The music will be especially selected to be relaxing, energising or uplifting. Why not join Domanico, who will share his passion for music. We hope to run this session each month • Crafty Half Hour: Why not try a new craft, chat and have a giggle. It’s a great way to relax and unwind. We also record tutorial videos of each craft, so you can make them after the session as well. You will be sent details of the resources you will need to take part in the session. • Art for All: We are thrilled to offer this new 40min session, run by Mariapaola, a volunteer Art Teacher.
