Lifestyle Coaches are trained to deliver the yearlong National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP). We have launched more than 125 programs but need YOUR help to continue to expand this program. You do not need to be a medical professional to become a Lifestyle Coach. Some basic knowledge of health, nutrition and/or fitness principles preferred. Once trained, we are looking for each lifestyle coach to lead a NDPP program within one year of the training in Kennebec or Somerset County.
