YOUR FIRST VISIT I'm located in Suite 10 at Sola Salon 1 Studios at 2605 8th Avenue South. Parking is located at the front and 2 on both sides of the building. If you enter through the front door, take the large right hallway. Halfway 3 down you'll see another small hall to your right; turn there and I'm right around that corner! If you're booked for a Sunday appointment, text me when you 4 arrive: 615-415-8797. I'll meet you at the front door to let you in! No Ghosting Necessary. Have you ever been nervous to get your hair done, especially by a new stylist? Me too, but that won't happen here! My number one goal is for you to feel comfortable, accepted, and heard. I always want to make sure we're on the same page about your hair goals, and we'll never start (or finish) a service until I'm sure we're both excited about the look we're creating for you!

SALON POLICIES CANCELLATION POLICY I totally understand the need for flexibility in my clients' schedules and respect how valuable their time is. I make every attempt to accommodate client schedules the best I can, and would ask that you, as a client, do the same. To ensure that scheduled appointments flow smoothly, you will need to confirm or cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the services scheduled. Pre- payment of services may be required after the second incident. LATE POLICY In the event that you are/will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I ask that you inform me BEFORE your scheduled appointment time. At that time, I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment OR alter your services to serve you in the amount of time left in your scheduled appointment.
SALON POLICIES NO-SHOW POLICY Unfortunately, when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving any, or enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Clients on my waiting list also then miss the opportunity to receive those services. If an appointment is missed or cancelled within 8 hours of your appointment, 100% of the cost of services missed will be due the day you do not show to your appointment, and must be paid before you are able to reschedule. **I reserve the right to refuse the scheduling and performance of any services for repeat no- shows. New clients who fall under the category of a No-Show will not have the opportunity to book any further appointments and will be responsible to pay for 100% of the cost of the services missed. SERVICE SATISFACTION POLICY If you're having challenges with your color or cut, let me know within 7 days of your original visit and I would be happy to correct the issue, with the availability I have, with no additional charge. **I do not offer any refunds for services performed at the salon. If you choose to see another salon, stylist, or yourself during the 7 day redo period, I will not be held liable for any adjustments made, and you will be charged full price for any services requested.
