The Government will commit an additional $84 million to the aviation [air transport] sector to support aviation companies and workers as they weather the impact of COVID-19. This is on top of the previous government support for the sector, including the Aviation Sector Assistance Package and the Enhanced Aviation Support Package. Find Out More Over $1 billion in 2020 Wage Credit Scheme payouts The Ministry of Finance and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore remind employers to make the full CPF contributions for their employees by 14 January 2021, in order to receive the next tranche of Wage Credit Scheme payouts in March 2021. The next tranche of payouts in March 2021 are for qualifying wage increases in 2020. The payouts will be credited directly to eligible employers’ registered bank accounts through PayNow Corporate or GIRO.
