PURCHASE PLAN & DISCOUNT LEVELS
New Town Toyota is proud to extend to REIWA its employees, members and their families
the following fleet discount levels on our products and services:
New Vehicles – 7.5% discount on Recommended List Price (R.L.P.) + plus Dealer
Delivery + GST + On Road Costs. (*Exclusions apply)
Pre-Owned Vehicles – 7.5% discount on Recommended List Price (Price on Form4) +
GST + Statutory Government Charges.
Toyota Genuine Parts – 10% discount on Recommended List Price (R.L.P) + GST.
(*Exclusions apply)
Finance – Discounted interest rates normally reserved for business or fleet
purchases.
Insurance – 10% to 40% discount on motor vehicle insurance premium, subject to
driving and accident history.
Vehicle Maintenance – 10% discount (exclude Toyota Service Advantage (TSA)
capped price services).
*When the product, new or used, is an advertised special or promotion, you can choose either the advertised
special or the above discount offer.
*The above discounts are not applicable in conjunction with any other advertised special, promotion or fleet
discount offered by New Town Toyota, Toyota WA (TWA) or Toyota Motor Corporation Australia (TMCA).
*Demonstrator, Special/Limited Edition vehicles and vehicles with limited production and supply (currently
the 86, and Altitude models) are excluded from the above offers.
*The above discount on Toyota Genuine Parts excludes Toyota Genuine Accessories and Satellite Navigation
and Audio Upgrades.
ELIGIBITY
For the purposes of this agreement, REIWA employees, members and their families are:
A current employee of REIWA
A registered and current member of REIWA
The spouse/defacto of an REIWA member and/or employee.

What is the Member & Employee Benefit Scheme?
The Members & Employee Benefits Scheme offers REIWA members, employees and their
Spouse/ Defacto or Immediate Dependents a special discount with New Town Toyota across
selected products and services.
Who does the Scheme benefit?
REIWA by being able to offer an incentive to staff & members.
The guest from discounted pricing on New Town Toyota’s products and services.
New Town Toyota from new business and building a relationship with REIWA,
members and their employees.
How does New Town Toyota justify giving REIWA Members and Employees such a
discount?
Think of it as a bulk discount. Instead of looking at the guest as an individual we are treating
REIWA and its members as a buying group.
Who from the REIWA is eligible?
A current employee
A registered and current member
The spouse/defacto of a current member and/or employee.
A direct dependant/s of a current member and/or employee.
How do I receive theses benefits?
All you have to do is contact New Town Toyota and identify yourself as a REIWA member or
employee. We will then match you to a Sales Consultant or other relevant person who will
take you through the process. You will be required to produce proof of membership or
employment either with a membership card, pay slip or Form B. We recommend contacting us
through the “Register Your Interest” link at newtowntoyota.com.au/REIWA
I meet all the criteria, so how do I obtain the discount?
You need to identify yourself to New Town Toyota as a REIWA member or Employee
You must provide a current membership / employee number or show a current pay
slip.
What if I can get a better deal on an advertised offer?
You can choose either the advertised special or the REIWA Benefit Scheme discount
whichever is more attractive. Please still identify yourself to us as a REIWA member.

Yes, offer is not available on demonstrator vehicles, special edition vehicles and vehicles with

Am I still eligible for Toyota Access on this scheme?
Yes. Normal Toyota Access terms and conditions apply.
Do I get Roadside Assist?
