30 JULY - 2 AUGUSTDear Family: The 2020 Nelms, Nelems, Nelams Family Reunion we are pleased to announce the details of our reunion. Fred, Stella, and Roddrick Mitchell are honored to be hosting the family reunion in Columbus, GA. We have put together activities and entertainment for all to enjoy. The Nelms/Nelems/Nelams 2020 Family Reunion will be conducted from July 30 - 2 August 2020 at the Uchee Creek Campground and Marina it will be fun filled and an exciting time to spend quality time with family! Columbus, GA is a beautiful location with a downhome feeling. Columbus offers a number of attractions and activities that include The Riverwalk, Coca-Cola Space Science Center, Botanical Garden, National Infantry Museum and Soldier Center, National Civil War Naval Museum, Exodus Escape Games, Launch Trampoline Park, Sky Zone, and Stars and Strikes just to name a few. We hope you take a moment to enjoy what Columbus has to offer. However, for this family reunion, we are really praying that everyone will spend time getting to know one another especially those first timers, as well as those who you have not seen in a while. We have secured lovely venues and accommodations at Uchee Creek. Cabins are reserved and the venues are locked in. We just need you to complete the attached registration packet and return for your invoice for your fees and lodging if you choose to lodge at Uchee Creek. *YOUR FEES WILL INCLUDE THE COST OF FOOD, T-SHIRT, AND ACTIVITIES HELD AT UCHEE CREEK. ** UCHEE CREEK LODGING IS A SEPARATE COST AND BOOKING THROUGH THIS REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. The reunion will be held at Uchee Creek Campground and Marina. There a limited number of
cabins that have been set aside for the Nelms/Nelems/Nelams Family Reunion details are as
follows.

A $200 fee will be assessed for areas of unauthorized pets
Cabins are limited so they will be on First Pay Basis. Once they are all reserved there will
be options at various hotels in the area.

Notes:
*You will be allowed to make payments towards your full fee amount until 1 June 2020.
**You will also be allowed to make payments towards your lodging at Uchee Creek as
well until 1 June 2020.
***You are absolutely required to pay all fees for the reunion and lodging if you will be
lodged at Uchee Creek Campground and Marina by 1 June 2020 with no exceptions. This
will allow for all final arrangements to be made for the reunion.
REMEMBER YOU CAN MAKE DAILY/WEEKLY/MONTHLY PAYMENTS
IN ORDER TO REDUCE THE BURDEN ON AN ALL AT ONCE
PAYMENT. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION AND
RETURN IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. UPON REGISTRATION RETURN
YOU WILL BE INVOICED FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT DUE UNTIL THE
