MotoBatt and Ajo Motorsport continue stunning results in rounds 5 & 6 of the Moto2 & Moto3 World Championship The two recent rounds of the MotoGP calendar saw the Red Bull KTM Ajo Motorsport team continue their impressive performance, tackling tricky changeable conditions at Le Mans before travelling to Italy where tragedy stuck at Mugello. The MotoBatt supported team headed to rounds 5 & 6 of the MotoGP calendar in solid positions after battling hard at the previous round in Jerez. For the Moto2 riders Remy Gardner and Raul Fernandez, Jerez taught them some valuable lessons, with last lap overtakes dropping the teammates to 4th and 5th respectively as they crossed the line. Despite the drop in positions, Gardner left Jerez leading the Moto2 World championship with Fernandez in 3rd spot, only 3 points behind 2nd place. Moto3 rider Pedro Acosta once again put in an incredi- ble performance, taking the win and leaving Jerez leading the Moto3 World Championship by a quite incredible 54 points from second place. Meanwhile, Jaume Masia had a difficult weekend, crashing after being struck by another rider while fighting for victory.
