Unless other requests are made, booths come with 8 foot tables, black linens, and 2 chairs.
There is no additional charge for additional 8 foot tables, cocktail tables or extra linen.
There is never a charge for electricity or wifi.

stuffed into our adorable swag bags; every bride
who attends our show receives a bag at check-in.

Professional photography taken of your expo booth,
your team, and your products. Includes 10+ images
that can be used for marketing your products and
services in print, digital, and video marketing.
EMAIL BLAST / CAMPAIGN

BLAST: Your company will be featured in our
email to brides immediately following the show.
Feature will include a brief write up, contact
information, and a link to your website.
CAMPAIGN: Our team will create/automate a
post-show, three-part email campaign in the email

THIS CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

EXHIBITOR MUST ACKNOWLEGE THE FOLLOWING: PAYMENT DUE DATES
I understand the list of registered brides-to-be is for the exclusive use of the Wedding Affair DEPOSIT: $250 due with contract
exhibitors; and therefore will not lend-out, sell, barter, nor allow any unauthorized usage, FINAL PAYMENT: Due December 1, 2021
nor permit any reproduction thereof. It is further mutually agreed and understood that any
unauthorized use of the list by third parties, promotion of competing events or promotion
of any business that is not in the show causes damage to the Wedding Affair; that the actual PAYMENT OPTIONS
amount of damage would be difficult to determine, that the Wedding Affair may, therefore,

I understand The Wedding Affair reserves the right to alter locations of exhibitors or of billing zip
