REDEVELOPMENT TO BE COMPLETED 2020!
The final months of construction of a new 134,000 square foot building on the eastern
portion of the property will be completed in 2020. Level 1 will feature a 40,559
entertainment anchor and 14,635 SF of additional square feet of restaurants. Level 2
will feature a 12‐screen AMC Dine‐In Theatre that will open Q3 2020. Holiday 2019
saw the opening of an 8,425 square foot free standing Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar.

New 95’ Tall Digital Marquee
During Holiday 2019, Montclair Place installed a new 95‐foot‐
tall double‐sided digital marquee along the 10 Freeway. This
new advertising medium reaches over 263,000 cars per day
due to its premiere location along one of the busiest
interstate freeways on the west coast.
In‐Mall Digital Directories and Advertising Panels
Montclair Place features seven interactive digital directories located in key
