Montclair Place REDEVELOPMENT TO BE COMPLETED 2020! The final months of construction of a new 134,000 square foot building on the eastern portion of the property will be completed in 2020. Level 1 will feature a 40,559 entertainment anchor and 14,635 SF of additional square feet of restaurants. Level 2 will feature a 12‐screen AMC Dine‐In Theatre that will open Q3 2020.
