We established and ramped up a
Contact Trace Force.
Contact tracers reach out to
98.1% of positive cases within 1
day, and 99.8% of close

We mitigated any strain on our
hospital system.
With the goal of never
needing to use it, we built
an Alternate Care Site
and now we are
dismantling it.
