13 Big Bear Project LITTLE BEAR LAKE AND SCHREIBER PROSPECTS • The Big Bear footprint is host to numerous mineral occurrences and historical mining activity. • A historic work programme in 2010/2011 targeted an intense magnetic response from the Little Bear Lake and the Schreiber prospects. The 1.6km long gold trend, yielded assays including: • 6m @ 1.5g/t Au including 2m @ 3.3g/t Au; • Rock chip highlights: 53.7g/t Au & 19.25g/t Ag; • Soil Sampling highlights: 18.2g/t Au & 1.03g/t Ag in soil. • Historical bulk sampling reported 150t averaging 17.6g/t Au. • Historical drill Intersections include 0.55m @ 19.2% Zn & 4.6% Cu from 15.2m depth. 13
14 Big Bear Project 2020 GEOPHYSICS ACROSS THE BIG BEAR PROJECT • New geophysics data is providing the company with a comprehensive vision of what was previously a fragmented project area. This data is being built into a targeted exploration strategy for 2021. • A total of 253 geophysical anomalies have been identified and classified by the survey, with 39 designated for priority investigation (announced 11 August 2020). • Ground truthing, mapping and sampling of geophysical anomalies is ongoing, with the latest batches of samples from Big Bear submitted to the laboratory on, with fast- track analysis requested. 14

17 Dotted Lake Project GOLD EXPLORATION IN THE HEMLO AREA Results announced in November • July 2020 acquisition of the Dotted Lake 2020 confirm historic data exploration property approximately 16km from Barrick Gold Corporation’ renowned Hemlo Gold Mine. • 39 cells approximately 16km north-northeast of the Barrick-owned Hemlo Gold Mine, which has produced over 21 million oz of gold over 30 years. • Gold prospects on the property include 23.3 g/t Au over 0.3m and 9.02 g/t Au over 0.4m from channel sampling. • Reconnaissance rock-chip grades of up to 16.95 g/t Au along a 2km shear-zone have been recorded, in addition to anomalous geochemistry for both gold and base-metals. • Initial work programme to commence in August 2020. This will include soil geochemistry and geophysical data reprocessing within the project area. • The claims extend Panther Metals coverage of the prospective Dotted Lake pluton geological contact up to 7km. 17

22 Burtville East Prospect HIGHLIGHTS • 35km SE of Laverton • The Burtville East Gold prospect covers an area of 90.05km2 and contains a series of 2.5m wide surface level quartz reef outcrops and significant geochemical anomalies. • Historical mineralisation includes, 5m @ 27.8 g/t Au, 2m @ 6.6 g/t Au and 3m @ 5.3 g/t Au • Previous drilling in the area provided intercepts including 8m @ 6.7 g/t Au and 4m @ 5.1 g/t Au from surface • Drill targeting extensions to historic drilling include 8m @ 0.68 g/t Au from 72m of quartz veining in mafic schist. 4m @ 5.1 g/t Au from surface • Mineralised stockpiles ready for treatment with grab samples with grades up to 38.5 g/t Au • PoW approved 22
23 Ironstone Gold Prospect HIGHLIGHTS • 35km SE of Laverton • The main lode of the Ironstone Gold prospect contains multiple zones of fresh and oxide mineralisation which remains open along strike and at depth. Gold is found within quartz veining in sheared basalts. • 190m west of the Ironstone Main Lode lies the New Lode area which has demonstrated bulls-eye soil geochemistry with a peak gold value of 340ppb within a halo of >100ppb gold values. • Historic drilling at the Main Lode intersected 9m @ 46.5g/t Au, 4.5m @ 5.5 g/t Au and 9m @1.2 g/t Au. • WCN drilling at the Main Lode intersected 4m @ 2.1g/t Au and 12m @ 1.85g/t Au • Broad mineralised zones of >0.2g/t Au present with drilling results including 4m @ 1.8g/t Au within 12m @ 1.1g/t Au, 4m at 1.3 g/t Au and 5m at 0.6 g/t Au • PoW approved 23

26 Marrakai Project – Northern Territory HIGHLIGHTS Good local infrastructure and ARNHEM operational gold projects within 18km HIGHWAY • Project is located 70km southeast of Darwin Steve’s Hill • Several gold prospects, including Chins Gully, John’s Flat and Jasons Ris’e, occur within the John’s Reef Gold Prospect Project Pine Creek EL32121 • Historically 500 ounces of gold nuggets sourced Orogen from this area, the largest of which was 30 ounces. Chin Gully MARRAKAI • Coarse gold identified in surface outcrop and sub- Gold Prospect ROAD crop over ~ 3km of strike within the licence. Peak rock-chip grade of 50.1 g/t Au recorded from the John’s Flat prospect, 1km to the SW of Steve’s Hill. • Previous drilling provided intercepts including 2m @ 9.32 g/t Au and 2m @ 5.74 g/t Au. 500oz 50 g/t Au Gold nuggets sourced Peak rock chip grade from the area
27 Accelerating Exploration at Marrakai FY20 PROGRAMME • Significant potential with east and west portions of the tenement remaining completely untested • John’s Reef Gold Prospect contains visible gold, rock chip assays from 30 g/t Au to 50.1 g/t Au • Chin’s Gully Gold Prospect contains visible gold, > 50 specks observed in panned concentrates • Two major untested exploration targets, represented by dykes which can host gold mineralisation. 2020 GEOPHYSICS SURVEY • Confirmation of the presence of a 3.6km by 0.5km structural zone which may control the location of mineralization within the project • Steve’s Hill, John’s Reef and Chin’s Gully gold prospect are associated with a NE magnetic trend • New high priority targets (similar to Steve’s Hill) have been identified in the southern part of the licence 27
28 Annaburroo Project HIGHLIGHTS Money Shoal Basin Excellent infrastructure and operational gold projects within 25km • Project is located 105km southeast of Darwin • The licence is located in the highly-prospective Pine Creek ARNHEM Orogen Donkey Hill HIGHWAY Quest 32 • Highly underexplored, with over 95% of the current tenure area Anomoly G1 EL32140 unsampled. Most of the historic exploration comprising wide- Pine Creek Orogen Quest 31 spaced sampling over the Annaburroo Dome. Quest 33 • Covering an area of approximately 150km2 it contains several JIM JIM highly prospective structural targets and gold geochemical ROAD anomalies, many of which require follow-up. • Newmont Australia identified the Donkey Hill prospect on the southern end of the Annaburroo Dome, which yielded 61.2 g/t Au and 50.8 g/t Au from grab samples and 5m @ 6.68 g/t Au in trenching. • Limited previous drilling at Donkey Hill provided near surface intercepts including 2m @ 3.10 g/t Au. 3.1 g/t Au Near-surface drilling intercepts
29 2020 Review of the Annaburroo Gold Project FY20 EXPLORATION PROGRAMME • Donkey Hill Gold Prospect yielded high grades of gold mineralization, rock-chip assays ranging from: • 9.4 g/t Au, 33.1 g/t Au, 39.4 g/t Au and 61.2 g/t Au • With up to 6.5 g/t Ag and 9.0 g/t Ag. • Trenching at Donkey Hill provided results including: • 5m @ 6.7 g/t Au and 5m @ 3.5g/t Au. • Historical reverse circulation drilling results from surface include 7m @ 1.2 g/t Au including 2m @ 3.1 g/t Au. • Untested Central and western areas; previous exploration not effective in areas with moderate to thick transported black soil cover, potentially masking mineralisation. • Untested major fault, anticlinal and synclinal structures in the southern portion of the licence; high priority structural targets for future exploration. 2020 GEOPHYSICS DATA PROCESSING • Geophysical data processing at Annaburro confirms presence of extensive structural zones associated with gold mineralisation. A strongly magnetic target of 3.6km by 0.5km in the south of the licence has been determined as a key area for follow-up work. 29
