SIMULATION TRAINING
A simulator is a computer-based procedure and task trainer system that simulates specific conditions or the characteristics of a
real process or machine for the purposes of operator training.

Use of a simulator as part of a training programme has important benefits like isolating tasks and dividing complicated procedures
into manageable pieces.

The simulator training programmes help prevent accidents in the operational environment, whilst reducing the time required for
the training of employees. The simulator accelerates proficiency through training.
