A MESSAGE FROM THE CONFERENCE CO-CHAIRS As conference co-chairs we welcome you to the Forest City, London, Ontario, for the CSCM 2019 National Conference. Our organizing committee and our National Office have worked diligently to create an experience you will not soon forget. We warmly welcome all the delegates, companions, and sponsors to this year’s conference. With five days of diverse education, and countless networking opportunities, you will be immersed in an atmosphere that aims to create great clubs through continued excellence in professional club management. We kick off the weekend with an exciting CMI course on engaging and retaining employees, followed by our opening reception in the evening. The next morning, our keynote speaker David Chilton (Dragons’ Den) will be sure to pave the way for a productive and insightful learning experience in the following days. Not only will there be great education and networking, the conference will provide you with an epicurean experience as we travel to private clubs throughout London and the surrounding area. During the conference you will visit RiverBend Golf Community, The London Club, and the London Hunt and Country Club for the President’s Dinner. For those who will be participating in the annual golf tournament, you will have the chance to play one of Canada’s most ultra-exclusive golf courses, Redtail Golf Club. CSCM MEMBERSHIP Certification: What is the CCM designation? The CSCM is the national professional society for individuals involved in the The Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation provides the club management profession in Canada.
