LOSE WEIGHT!
LOSE BELLY FAT!
RE-GAIN HEALTH!
EASY AS ONE-TWO-THREE!
ABDOMINAL FAT IS UGLY, AGING – AND MEDICALLY DANGEROUS.
IT’S ALSO SO TENACIOUS THAT GETTING RID OF IT HAS BEEN EXTREMELY
DIFFICULT. BUT NOW, THANKS TO THE REDISCOVERY OF AN ANCIENT EASTERN
PRACTICE, YOU CAN DO IT! EASILY. QUICKLY. AT HOME! FOR FREE!
AND IN JUST DAYS, YOU CAN BE NOTICEABLY FLATTER, HEALTHIER, AND MORE
YOUTHFUL LOOKING.

YES YOU CAN! AND YOU REALLY SHOULD. HERE’S WHY….

It’s not just a question of appearance, the way your clothes fit, the way your heart
sinks when you glimpse your reflection in a mirror or storefront window you’re
passing by.

Abdominal fat is dangerous.

Known as visceral fat, it is stored around abdominal
organs and muscles, squeezing and restricting them. It
releases certain chemicals that, according to Dr. Russell
Blaylock in his newsletter The Blaylock Wellness Report,
“produce an inflammation associated with many
diseases: insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, heart
disease, atherosclerosis, heart failure, cancer, and even
Alzheimer’s disease. These chemicals produce a slow,
smoldering inflammation throughout the body…that is
associated with all of the diseases mentioned.”

Incredibly, even if your belly doesn’t bulge, you can still be at risk. Thin people,
even those with tight, flat tummies, can also be harboring dangerous visceral fat.

                                                                                       1

DOCTORS’ WARNING

Mayo Clinic researchers have found that healthy young people who put on as little
as nine pounds of weight, specifically in the abdomen, are at risk for developing a
dysfunction in their blood vessels that can lead to an increased risk for coronary
artery disease and cardiovascular events.

The report, which was published in Journal of the American College of Cardiology,
further stated: “Gaining a few pounds while in college, on a cruise, or over the
holidays is considered harmless, but it can have cardiovascular implications,
especially if the weight is gained in the abdomen….Letting weight creep on as a
result of aging should not be accepted as normal. And having a big belly may be
more harmful than simply being obese.“

FURTHERMORE…

According to Dr. Al Sears, most women are
attracted to men with a V-shaped torso,
while most men are drawn to women who
have hour-glass figures. We’re usually
advised that vigorous exercise -- sit-ups,
crunches, etc., which work the muscles of
the midsection -- will achieve this desired
body look. But while spot-reducing exercises
can build up muscle in the abdomen and be
cosmetically effective, they won’t melt off
any visceral fat that has accumulated there.

A SECOND OPINION

According to David Blyweiss, M.D., in an Advanced Natural Medicine Bulletin:
“Visceral fat is linked to high cholesterol, high insulin, high triglycerides, high
blood pressure, and other problems….And, if you only monitor your weight and
your clothing size, you can still be carrying around too much visceral fat.”

                                                                                      2

HOW TO TELL IF YOU’RE AT RISK

Dr. Blyweiss states: “While we don’t know the optimal waist measurement for
health, we do know how much is too much. Men whose waists are wider than 40
inches and women whose waists are wider than 35 inches are at greatest risk of
developing health problems from too much belly fat.

“These numbers aren’t random. A landmark study in Europe found men and
women with waists at or above these sizes had roughly double the risk of
premature death as men and women with the smallest waists (less than 34 inches
for men and 28 for women). They also found that every 2-inch increase in waist
circumference came with a 17% increase in mortality in men and a 13% increase in
women.”

“Those aren’t ‘love handles,’ my friend,” Dr. Blyweiss concludes. “They are life
handles! And the faster you lose them, the better your chances are of living a
longer, healthier life.”

MEASURE YOUR WAIST

Simply place a flexible tape measure around the
smallest part of your waist, making sure that the
tape is snug and level, but don‘t pull it tight. Exhale
-- don’t breathe in -- and take the measurement.

SO WHAT DO YOU DO NOW IF YOU ARE “AT RISK“?

As you may know all too well, abdominal fat can defy dieting, exercise, drugs or
supplements, and the strongest of intentions. Besides which, as doctors have
stated, while exercises can firm up muscles, they don’t eliminate the dangerous
fat surrounding the muscles and vital organs.

But now, thanks to the rediscovery of an ancient Eastern “exercise,” belly fat
CAN be conquered -- easily, quickly, pleasantly.

NO PAIN, BIG GAIN.

                                                                                   3
SPEND JUST TWO MINUTES, TWO TIMES A DAY, FOLLOWING AN
INSANELY EASY, GENTLE ROUTINE, AND YOU CAN GET RID OF THAT
STUBBORN BELLY FAT, BOTH THE VISIBLE AND INVISIBLE, FOR GOOD!

                              HOW COOL IS THAT?

What follows is a self-healing practice from traditional Chinese medicine that
has been used successfully for more than 6,000 years to melt away unhealthy
abdominal fat. It is deceptively simple, but claims to be always effective, if
practiced as described.

As explained by Dr. Stephen T. Chang, in his book, The Complete System of Self-
Healing Internal Exercises, the principle behind the exercise is that in order to lose
fat and weight, one must increase the efficiency of the digestive system. In effect,
this exercise is akin to a gentle and natural colonic irrigation.

SO LET’S BEGIN…

The exercise should be done twice a day, preferably the first thing in the morning
when you awaken, and again just before going to sleep at night. It should be done
for at least two minutes each time, longer if you wish. It involves both physical
and mental activity.

1. Physically, you’re going to lie flat on your back in bed, and bare your
abdominal area. It’s important that your abdomen be warm, so you may want to
use a heating pad for a minute or two, or simply rub your hands together
vigorously to warm and energize them, and then place them on your abdomen.

Some background: even though you can’t see it, there is an energy field that
surrounds your entire body. [In fact, a special type of photography has taken
pictures of this field. Look up Kirlian Photography if you’re interested.] If you want
to experience your energy field, vigorously rub your hands together for a minute,
then hold them out in front of you, palms facing, a few inches apart. Slowly move
your hands apart, then bring them back closer together. You should feel your
energy, as warmth, as your hands move closer to each other.

                                                                                     4
In this self-healing exercise, you’re going to use the energy emanating from your
hands and focus it on your abdomen.

If you wish, you can apply a little organic jojoba, coconut, or massage oil to your
skin, and then place the palm of one hand on your warm abdomen at the naval
(your right hand if you’re right-handed, the left if you’re left-handed). Slowly start
to rub your stomach clockwise, first in small circles, then gradually expanding the
circles till your entire stomach and abdomen are encompassed. Don’t press hard,
don’t use force, just rub slowly and use gentle, constant pressure.

When you reach the outer circumference of your abdomen, reverse the process.
Rub counterclockwise in smaller and smaller circles, until you return to the center
at your naval.

Repeat these circles for as long as you wish, but allow at least two minutes to do
the exercise, morning and night. .

According to Dr. Chang, the electrical energy generated by your hand in gently
rubbing massages the intestines, the blood vessels and the digestive and
eliminatory systems. As a result, fatty accumulations and deposits are disturbed
and broken up, and gradually eliminated from your body.

2. The second and equally important part of the exercise involves visualization -
- mental imagery and focus.

For the exercise to be fully effective, the visualization part must be taken as
seriously as the physical. It is not a secondary component. It focuses and
intensifies your energy. If your concentration isn‘t focused, if your mind is
wandering to other things, the exercise will not be nearly as useful to you as it can
be.

According to Dr. Chang: “As you are rubbing your abdomen, focus on a feeling of
warmth in the area you are massaging. Feel the warmth, the energy. The
usefulness of the exercise has nothing to do with rubbing the skin with great
pressure. The movement of your hand is simply a mechanism to pass your bodily
energy, which is an electrical force in itself, back into your lower extremities. The
key is that energy. Relax the body. Let it do its own healing work.”

                                                                                         5
Visualize the energy streaming out of your hand and flowing into your body. Or
you can imagine a bonfire blazing in your stomach which gets hotter and hotter as
your hand moves over the area. Or think of baking in a hot oven, watching a big
pot of furiously boiling water, or being under a scorching midsummer sun.

As you’re experiencing this heat, try to imagine globs of unwanted fat in your belly
breaking up and melting away. Visualize any blockages in your intestines clearing
and passing out of your body. Know that experiencing such imagery has a real and
profound effect on your physical body.

Do this simple exercise twice each day and you can begin to see positive results
in as little as two weeks. Over time, consistent and proper use of this exercise
will improve the overall quality of your health and energy -- and your
appearance -- as dangerous belly fat is flushed out of your body.

3. Traditional fat-burning advice -- diet, exercise … and why you should
NEVER DRINK DIET SODAS

Dr. Blyweiss writes: “Plenty of people diet and exercise and don’t lose an inch
around their middle. So what’s the problem? It could be one of the leading causes
of visceral fat: diet soda. Or, more specifically, artificial sweeteners like aspartame.
That’s right. The very ingredient most people consume when they’re on a diet.”

When ingested, aspartame is broken down by the liver into three components --
all of them toxic!

“A heavy load of toxins leads to an overworked liver,” says Dr. Blyweiss. This can
cause a build-up of fat inside the liver cells -- appropriately named ‘fatty liver’ --
making it extremely difficult to lose weight. This means the very drinks being sold
to you as ‘diet’ drinks are actually causing you to gain weight more easily, and
making it harder to lose it!
                                                                                         6
“Aspartame also causes weight gain in other ways. It wreaks havoc with your
blood sugar levels, which increases your appetite, and makes you crave sweets
and sugar. And it makes you retain fluid, giving you a puffy and bloated
appearance. This can make you look fatter than you are and even increase
cellulite.

“Ditch the aspartame!”

You can also ditch -- as much as possible -- the S.A.D. (Standard American Diet),
which is heavy on carbohydrates, sugars, and processed foods. A diet that is built
around veggies, protein, fruits, and beneficial oils will result in a healthier,
slimmer, more energized body.
