Task:
Identify 3 places on campus that make you feel relaxed and take a photo using your
  phone.
Explain why these locations or items have an impact on you.
Find and summarise information on the benefits of feeling relaxed while studying.
Contrast situations where people tend to feel more stressed and generate examples
  of each.
Design a 20 minute activity to make people feel calm.
Read your classmates’ assignment and evaluate their ideas.

You have 2 hours to complete this task and upload it to your class notebook. There
is no word count or prescribed genre.

8. Change moderation practices

Change the dynamic of moderation/standardisation sessions and make them more fluid in
practice:
    • Moderation occurs directly after assessment
    • Requires one teacher to provide 1 or 2 exemplars.
    • One person to run the session (under lockdown) and answer questions.
    • Everyone marks 2 essays together (blind marking)
    • Teachers do no mark their own class / double mark class
