We have had these dancers for at least six years and have watched them grow up before us. Each year they get better and better; several of them are also competing internationally. The dancers are siblings ranging in ages from eight to eighteen. This year, five of the six performed; the one teenage daughter has decided to pursue acting rather than dance. When asked how long they practice, we were told at least an hour a day and five or six days a week. This does not include classes which can be 1 to 3 per week. Such dedication, but it certainly shows in their performances. We are so lucky to have them perform for us. Thanks to our hostesses for coordinating our corned beef sandwich luncheon. As always there was plenty of food and leftovers for dinner. Thanks Carol and Joyce! Our April meeting will be a game meeting. Barbara Craney has been gathering gifts for “Horserace Bingo”.
