Dr Duykas bedside manner is like nothing I’ve encountered prior. His care and empathy is excellent I
would absolutely recommend him. He thinks outside the box and truly wants to help and partner with

On the other hand, the doctor's notes are very good. But he cites a medical term in his notes that he
never used when I saw him at the office. I only read his notes a couple of days after my visit. By that
time, I had already spent a great deal of time doing my own research. Ultimately, I think I agree with his
diagnosis, but his 'explanation' at the office was confusing and basically inadequate. It would really help
if doctors used the correct medical terminology while face to face with the patient, not only in their
notes.

Dr. Duyka was concise, informative, and pleasant to talk to. I believe that my throat surgery was carried
out with the utmost care and was done with as much expertise as possible. If I was to ever have ENT

Dr. Duyka is the reason I am recommending NM Otolaryngology because of how professional and kind he
was. I was feeling very sick and miserable and he did his best to make my visit as comfortable as
possible.

Northwestern hospital facilities State of the art. They are exceptionally clean comfortable warm and
inviting. Even with the situation of the pandemic they have made it so that you are still taken care of
properly in a safe comfortable manner. Hands down northwestern has provided the best healthcare
team and Dr. Duyka is a part of the team, He’s very pleasant and friendly. From the time he walked
through the door and introduced himself he put me at ease with my visit. He’s talk to me and
explained the situation and allowed me to ask any and all questions. Dr Duyka has a calming effect.
Being very nervous and anxious about the visit he made me feel better and a little easier after explaining
test results and procedures.The visit was not rushed, it was very thorough. He said please reach out to
me you have any other questions. Dr Duyka is amazing!!!!!
