Requirements of JTBHotelsNext JTB rates must be valid from January 1 to December 31, 2021. JTB accepts both Dynamic/BAR with Ceiling and Static rates. The Static rate requirement is 10% off Best Available Rate (“BAR”) and must be guaranteed not to increase during the program year. If offering Dynamic/BAR with Ceiling, a discount of between 10-20% is requested. Maximum 72 hour cancellation policy. Preferred rates must be loaded on the JTB rate access code in all GDS for bookings starting January 1, 2021. Additional amenities included in the rate offer are encouraged (Complimentary breakfast, parking, Wi-Fi access and room upgrade). JTB rates must be commissionable at 10% domestic, 8% international. JTB rates will apply for all room types excluding concierge/club floors and suites unless otherwise indicated. JTB must be given rate parity (same or better) rates provided to all other travel providers, online and offline. Last Room Availability (“LRA”) applies excluding concierge/club floors and suites. JTB rates must be eligible to accrue Member Loyalty points or miles in any frequent stay/frequent flyer Program in which your property participates. Terms & Conditions By submitting an Offer, the Hotel agrees to the terms and conditions below. The Hotel acknowledges that these terms and conditions and the Hotel’s Offer, to the extent applicable shall form the Agreement between JTB Business Travel (“JTB”) and the Hotel named in the submission (“Hotel”) for the 2021 Hotel Program (“Agreement”). If accepted into the JTB 2021 Global Hotel Program, Hotel will be notified individually or via Hotel’s Chain/Group representative with GDS rate loading instructions. Acknowledge that the terms of this Agreement are binding for its duration regardless of any changes in management or ownership of the Hotel, and shall be binding upon the successors and/or assigns of the Hotel. Submission of the 2021 RFP confirms your acceptance of all Terms & Conditions set forth in the RFP as well as to these Terms & Conditions. Preferred rates provided to JTB must be valid for the duration of the Agreement. In the case of Static rates, not to increase such rates once accepted. Payment in full of any past due invoice is required for participation in the program. 2021 Annual participation fee shall be due to JTB within 30 days of the invoice date. Overdue invoices may result in the immediate removal of the Hotel from the program. Should a Hotel that is not participating in the program be found loaded in the GDS on the JTB rate code, JTB reserves the right to assess a fine of USD $100 per property. JTB will provide one of the following invoice methods: One central invoice to the Hotel’s Chain/Group billing contact, Individual invoices to the Hotel’s Chain/Group billing contact, or Individual invoice will be sent directly to the property billing contact. All billing arrangements including the billing contact name and email are required at the time of the RFP submission. Should the Hotel lower the Static rate, the Hotel will advise JTB in writing and adjust the rate on the JTB rate access code in all GDS. If selling Best Available Rates (BAR) or Preferred rates to JTB in 2021, JTB must be given rate parity (same or better) rates provided to all other travel providers, both online and offline. Should the Hotel offer lower rates to another travel provider, the same rates will be extended to JTB. Preferred rates must be commissionable at 10% domestic, 8% international. The commission level must be guaranteed not to decrease for the duration of the Agreement. Provide the JTB rate Last Room Availability (“LRA”) per room type. Preferred Rates will be made available to JTB as long as any room type is still for sale (excluding suites and concierge/club level). All Rates loaded on the JTB rate access code must be eligible to accrue Member Loyalty points or miles in any frequent stay/frequent flyer Program in which your property participates. In the event of a dispute of this Agreement, both JTB and the Hotel agree to use arbitration to resolve the dispute. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
