The College does not prorate benefit deductions. No annual premium increase! 20-pay faculty pay annual premiums over the course of the 9-month contract at an accelerated rate. This allows for continuation of coverage over the summer. Any premium or plan change during open enrollment will require an additional rate adjustment at the beginning of 2021. Adjustment amounts will be communicated in early January.
