       hank you for your interest in choosing our beloved Harvey’s Point for your Wedding Reception. This is where we had our own
       wedding on a crisp St. Valentine’s Day some years ago. It was our Perfect Day and that is what we can also offer you. We would
       be delighted to welcome you to our award-winning hotel on the shores of Lough Eske at the foot of the Blue Stack Mountains.

As Bride and Groom, you will walk our red carpet, sip champagne, greet your guests in our reception suite, be pictured against a magical
background of mountains, lake and sky and enjoy every moment of your wedding day, knowing that we have attended to every detail.

We know the complexity of planning a wedding, so we have made the many options which we offer you transparent and easy to
understand. For every Bride and Groom we offer, with our compliments, champagne and red carpet on arrival at our private Wedding
Suite, white linen and napkins plus a floral centrepiece for your table, personal souvenir menu cards, the services of our Toastmaster and
overnight accommodation in the Honeymoon Suite.

We can also provide assistance with many other details of your Wedding Reception including music, car hire, photography, video
recording, stationery, cake, flowers and chair covers. When guests arrive, you can choose to offer them mulled wine, fruit punch, sparkling
wine, champagne, bucks fizz, kir royale, tea, coffee and biscuits.

For your Wedding Banquet we offer a range of options, all of which feature the cuisine for which Harveys Point Hotel is renowned.
You can choose Buffet or Waiter Service or you can ‘mix and match’ with some courses served at your table and others from the buffet.
Our packages allow you to select a single main course or to offer a multiple choice and all wedding meals include a variety of starters
and desserts.

We can also provide an extensive menu of hot food items for an
evening reception.

A full portfolio of Wedding Packages, Food Menus, Beverage Lists
and additional services is included with this brochure. May we
remind you that our rates apply to all prime dates including week-
ends and holidays and we offer a special incentive on packages
and rooms outside of these dates.

Harvey’s Point was established as a guest house in 1989 by Swiss-born Jody Gysling.
Over the years it has been developed into an award-winning luxury hotel owned and
managed by the Gysling Family.

...’and true love forever’

Our Swans at Lough Eske

T   hese two Mute Swans have been with us at Harvey’s Point for more than 15 years. Devoted to each other, they have mated for life and in a
    yearly cycle they see the arrival each Spring of a new bevy of beautiful cygnets. As we write this Wedding Brochure, they are swimming
on Lough Eske with the three remaining young swans from their most recent bevy of eight, showing all the grace and elegance of their noble
species.

Come Spring the Pen will again lay her eggs, her Cob partner will encourage their three remaining juveniles to fly away to their own destiny and
the cycle of birth will once again grace the tranquil waters of Lough Eske.

Our swans love Harvey’s Point and are fierce defenders of their territory close to our hotel. And we show our love for them by hand feeding the
birds every morning from the pier in front of the Ballroom. They are now great-great grandparents with more than 100 offspring and we are
proud that they met, mated and chose to live their lives at Harvey’s Point.
