• The Strategic Plan is designed to inform IT Staff, County Leadership and our
customers of the important projects and milestones occurring and planned
to occur in the IT Department.
• With the number of activities in the different IT teams, it became necessary
to visualize the activities.
• All the current and planned activities are categorized into related topics.

Some locations need to have redundant connectivity due to high priority activities. As part
