Strategic Plan Description • The Strategic Plan is designed to inform IT Staff, County Leadership and our customers of the important projects and milestones occurring and planned to occur in the IT Department. • With the number of activities in the different IT teams, it became necessary to visualize the activities. • All the current and planned activities are categorized into related topics. 4

As part of the new network design, these locations will have new options available for redundancy. X Web Subscription Service The ability for visitors to our website to subscribe for content updates via update. X WebEx Teams Decommission Replacing WebEx Teams with Avaya Spaces. X Wide Area Network Refresh As the WAN contracts get close to expiration it is time to redesign our wide-area network into a more modern design with more opportunities to leverage new technology to improve X X X X performance.
