AMOT Israel Junior Part of the BEC Junior Circuit 2020 (U19) Thursday, 12/03/2019, 14:00 Preliminary rounds Friday, 13/03/2019, 14:00 Preliminary round and Quarter finals Saturday, 14/03/2019, Semi Final 10:00, Finals 13:30 until appx. 19:00. Provisional times can be changed subject to number of entries and subject to the approval of the referee and Badminton Europe. Tournament schedule overview: Date Men's Singles, Women's Singles, Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles. Maximum 48 in singles, 32 in Doubles and mixed. It is required that every event in a particular BEC Junior Circuit tournament has at least 8 competitors (i.e. actual competitors, not merely entries). If the required number of competitors is not met, this particular event shall not count towards any ranking. In accordance with regulation § 9.4 in BWF Statutes, Section 5.3.3.2: World Junior Events Ranking System, an event must contain at least one entry from a Member Association other than the hosting Association. If an event does not contain at least one entry from a Member Association other than the hosting Association, this particular event shall not count towards any ranking. BADMINTON EUROPE is not liable for any costs incurred by third persons (players, coaches, umpires, team managers etc.) because of an event not having enough competitors to count for the rankings. Singles: € 25 per player. Doubles: € 20 per player, per event. Payment must be done in cash. Entry fee The member association is responsible for paying the entry fees. The entry fees become due if a player is entered and has not been withdrawn when the entry deadline (11/02/2020) passes. Athletes are responsible for any substance found in their body. Before an athlete takes Doping Control any medication, they should check with their doctor, and if necessary, get a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE). Transportation During tournament days free transport between the sports hall and the official tournament hotels according to the organization bus schedule. Hotel booking Submission of accommodation form can be done until 01/02/2020. After that date the deadline organization will release the rooms pre ordered in the official tournament hotel. The organization will supply transportation to those 2 hotels. Payment should be done directly at the hotel Important: The organization will cover accommodation at the following conditions: - For the first 3 entries from each country. - Up to 2 players at the U19 circuit - Up to 3 players at the U13 and U15. - For Official hotels only. - On a B&B basis. - 4 nights, 11/3, 12/3, 13/3, 14/3 - The amount covered:: o 2 entries, maximum coverage of 420 US$. o 3 entries, maximum coverage of 640 US$. Water will be delivered free of charge to players and officials during tournaments dates Water (12-14/3/2020). Practice is available on Wednesday, 11/02/2020, 19:30-21:30. The training hall is located in the city of Rishon Le Zion, 2 Elkabetz street. 7.6 km from the official hotel, appx. 15 driving without traffic. The organization will not provide transport to the practice facility. Practice facility Taxi, one way, evening time, should cost appx. 55 NIS. You can reach the hall by using bus no. 10 which starts 230 meters from the hotel, drives appx. 22 minutes, get down in the G shopping center (cinema city) and walk 1.1 km to the hall. Medical service First Aid will be present in the sports hall during the tournament. The organizers decline responsibility and covering of costs for possible injuries or other Insurance damages. It is up to each participant to insure himself/herself at their country of origin prior to their arrival. The participants will enjoy a guided tour to the dead sea on 11/03/2020.
