ISNC Mission and Vision VISION OF ISNC Leading Private Health Education in GCC Countries. MISSION OF ISNC To make a significant contribution to the advances in Saudi Arabian health care, through the provision of outstanding education, research and medical services within a stimulating learning environment
MEDICINE PROGRAM MISSION To graduate competent physicians with an aptitude to be life- long learners and acquire specialized expertise to promote health care services in Saudi Arabia, by providing them with knowledge, professional skills, research abilities and ethics of practice within a student-centred learning environment

During Medical Internship, each intern is expected to: Seek approval from the Formulate D.Diagnosis, clinical supervisor prior Take history & PE investigations, Rx plan to executing the management plan Follow and document Adhere to the rules and the management plan, regulations of the results of investigations, assigned department and any changes in the patient’s condition

Fees of the Internship 60,000 Saudi Riyal
Duration of Internship Rotation Duration Internal Medicine 2 months General Surgery 2 months Pediatrics 2 months Obstetrics and Gynecology 2 months Emergency Medicine 1 month General practice 1 month Elective 1 1 month Elective 2 1 month
Duration of Internship Elective Details Anesthesia Family Medicine Intensive Care Ophthalmology Orthopedics Otorhinolaryngology Urology Dermatology Neurosurgery Hematology Radiology Forensic Medicine
Policy on Leave • Annual leave 5 Days during each elective rotation ( 10 days total) • Emergency leave Anytime missed from any rotation must be made up at the end of the internship period • Sick leave Maximum 10 days and any sick leave must be certified by the staff in accordance with hospital policy
Policy on Leave • Public/Religious Holidays Interns are entitled to either Eid-Al-Fitr or Eid-Al-Adha All leaves must be reported to the director of the internship training program
Code of Conduct
Introduction • The code of conduct of ISNC is derived from Islamic ethical values • Code of conduct regulation asserts that certain actions are appropriate and others inappropriate • It supports our commitment in strictly adhering to the ISNC code of ethics • The Code of Conduct applies to students and interns in all programs • It is our enduring ethical guide - its principles are extremely important and not negotiable.

Code of Conduct- Social Behaviors Interns are asked to treat the following with respect and courtesy: • Faculties, staff, and clinical supervisors • The director of medical education • peers • patients or care givers and community members
Code of Conduct- Appearance Interns are expected to reflect proper ethical & professional standards through their appearance while present in the ISNC or representing it outside the campus (For more details refer to Dress Code of ISNC)
Code of Conduct- Identification • Interns must hand over their ID card to staff when requested • Failure to do so will be dealt with under ISCN's disciplinary procedures • It is unacceptable to allow someone else to use college ID card to gain access to ISNC campus and its facilities

Code of Conduct The standards of code of conduct of ISNC is derived from code of ethics for healthcare practitioner by SCFHS o Make the care of your patient your first concern and provide a good standard of practice and care o Take prompt action if you think that patient safety, dignity or comfort is being compromised o Protect and promote the health of patients and the public o Treat patients with gentle and politeness
