Enrolment Procedure All incoming students have already been enrolled to FER and have gained unique identification numbers • OIB – personal identification number • JMBAG – academic identification number Each incoming student will receive the following documents via e-mail: 1. Learning Agreement (fully signed) 2. Official OIB certificate (in Croatian) - you can find your OIB here 3. Information about the assigned ECTS coordinator 4. Invitation letter (in Croatian) - enables the regulation of temporary residence in Croatia 5. Transcript of Records - please check the correctness of your personal data and list of enrolled courses. This document will (eventually) be supplemented with data on the results of the exams. 6. Personalized template which shows how to fill the payment slip needed for the Student ID card procurement (only for Erasmus+ students) 7. FER account information
Special guidelines due to COVID-19 pandemic Due to the current pandemic, courses on FER will be using a hybrid approach in the academic year 2020./2021. • most courses will use a combination of traditional and online learning (in varying ratios depending on the course specifics) • you need to contact course lecturers (preferably by e-mail) for details on how the chosen course will be performed and in what capacity should you expect to be physically present (if at all) It is possible to successfully finish your Erasmus+ mobility without physically coming to Croatia, however you need to • choose only courses which will be held 100% online (including the laboratories and exams) • be aware that you will not be able to get the Statement of host institution confirming that you were physically present in Croatia please continually follow all announcements and news, both on FER's main page as well as on the enrolled course pages
For those of you who are going to be physically present in Croatia Information regarding Statement of Host Institution Application form for the student public transport card Student ID Card (only for Erasmus+ students) is only relevant if you are going to be physically present in Croatia. Otherwise, you can skip the next two slides.

Student ID card - only for Erasmus+ students What follows on this slide, does not require you to come in person to the Student Administration Office - Mobility Office As an Erasmus+ student of the University of Zagreb, you are able to receive the Student ID Card The Student ID card (popularly called the X-ca or "iksica") is an official student identification document and as such is used by various systems that check student status on the spot The most commonly used service that leverages this student card is the Student Meal Program. The purpose of this program is to keep track of students' consumption expenditures enabling the use of different amounts of subsidies for meals in student restaurants. For Student ID card procurement please prepare the following: 1. two clear well-lighted photos in JPG format, resolution 640 x 480 of you from the front, showing head and shoulders, preferably with light uniform background your signature 2. proof of payment Student card procurement carries a cost of 50 Kn which should be paid with the help of the payment slip exclusively in Croatian currency (kuna) in any post office or bank. Y You will receive your payment slip information via e-mail in a separate document. Please send these photos and proof of payment to erasmus@fer.hr with the subject "Surname, Name_student card application photos"
ECTS coordinators ECTS coordinators consist of main ECTS coordinator and responsible ECTS coordinators for each main field of study Each incoming student already has an assigned ECTS coordinator • you will receive your ECTS coordinator information via e-mail in a separate document Please contact your assigned ECTS coordinators regarding general questions about educational, professional and scientific aspects of your study • other aspects of mobility are coordinated by University of Zagreb International Relations Office (IRO), referenced later Due to the current epidemiological measures, we encourage the use of e-mail as a primary means of communication (unless specified differently) • ECTS coordinators will arrange on-line meetings if necessary, commonly using the MS Teams platform

Learning Agreement Changes In case you would like to make changes to your Learning Agreement because certain lectures are not offered at FER or overlap with other lectures you have chosen, this should not be a problem. The Learning Agreement form has a second page entitled “During mobility” Exceptional Changes to Table A for exactly this purpose. You should check with your home university coordinator regarding your changes and with your FER departmental coordinator. When you have agreed with your coordinators which courses will be added and/or deleted fill out and sign a second page of LA entitled “During mobility” Exceptional Changes to Table A Ask your responsible coordinator at FER to sign your LA changes form and bring the signed form to Erasmus+ administration offices You will receive scanned LA changes form with signatures and stamp from our side by e-mail Forward this e-mail to your home university coordinator LA changes are only possible during the first 2 weeks of a semester!
