Emerging themes… Positive Negative We Care We Care - staff knowledgeable, skilled and friendly - lack of privacy when giving confidential/ personal information - plenty of information and advice given for post vaccination care - concerns about not being offered to wait 15 mins in the buildings afterwards in case of side affects - very professional We Listen We Listen - staff explained things clearly and were compassionate - the noise levels are too high - good communication We Deliver We Deliver - clean environment - lack of clear directions about entrance/ exit of sites - no waiting times, minimal queues - people are chasing up information about second jab as they are not hearing anything about booking next one in - nearby parking is valued - lack of knowledge about car park availability
Responding to emerging themes: (summary of key comments to date i.e. includes March data) • Screens have been reviewed within the centre to manage the privacy within each station – screens procured were not suitable, being re-ordered. • Purchasing hearing loops for the centre – hearing loops on order, checking on delay in supply. • Leaflets have been ordered in Braille - now in place • Parking is directed on the booking system to use NCP car park, it is not officially offered at Jacobs Well. Marshals direct the traffic outside and inside of the site, parking is at NCP car park and disabled access is available on site – remarks about parking down, parking info on national booking site being updated.
