We’re also sharing tips for hosting a get-together to celebrate the harvest with friends and family. Cast a Spell with this Bewitching Treat The Snack that POPS! Now here’s a Halloween dessert the kids will love Popcorn makes a delightful fall treat and is perfect for to make! WHAT YOU NEED 1 Tbsp. green decorating icing Marshmallow Popcorn Balls - Preheat oven to 300°F. Remove 4 foil-wrapped milk chocolate pieces unpopped kernels from 14 cups popped Our Family popcorn (about 1/2 cup unpopped). Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 2 days. A FALL MEAL THAT TURNS ON THE COMFORT AUTUMN POT ROAST WITH ROOT VEGETABLES TOTAL TIME: 3 HOURS, 30 MINUTES | SERVINGS: 8 INGREDIENTS 1 open acres beef shoulder roast, boneless arm chuck roast 1 small leek, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces or boneless blade chuck roast (3 to 3-1/2 lbs.) 1-1/2 Tbsp. Our Family cornstarch dissolved in 1 Tbsp. Our Family vegetable oil 3 Tbsp. water 8 open acres small, red-skinned potatoes, halved Seasoning 2 large carrots, cut into 2-1/2 x 1/2-inch pieces 1 tsp. Our Family dried oregano 2 large parsnips, cut into 2-1/2 x 1/2-inch pieces 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. each Our Family salt and lemon pepper DIRECTIONS Combine seasoning ingredients; press onto roast. Heat oil in stock pot over medium heat until hot. Brown roast. Pour off drippings. Add 3/4 cup water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover tightly and simmer 2 hours. Add vegetables; continue cooking, covered, 30 to 45 minutes or until roast and vegetables are fork tender. for Remove pot roast and vegetables; keep warm. Skim fat from cooking liquid. INGREDIENTS 1 loaf sourdough bread (around 26 oz.) 1/2 cup Our Family unsalted butter, melted 1 jar (6.25 oz.) ready-made pesto Coarse sea salt for sprinkling 3 oz. grated Gruyere cheese 2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary se rn DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350°F. Set bread loaf on top of large sheet of Our Family foil. Cut top of bread diagonally into 1-inch diamonds, but do not cut bread through to bottom. Gently part bread cubes with fingers and spread pesto around each cube. Use any leftover pesto to spread on top of bread loaf. Tuck Gruyere cheese between cubes. Brush butter over entire loaf and drizzle remaining butter over entire loaf to run between slices. Pinch coarse salt and sprinkle over top of loaf. Cover bread with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
