Central Library, Wheeler Auditorium | Monday, April 27, 6:30 p.m.
In a visually rich and upbeat presentation, Bea Johnson shares her tribulations and secrets to
achieving Zero Waste. She covers the importance of applying her five R’s in order (Refuse, Reduce, Reuse,
Recycle, Rot) and shatters misconceptions, proving that the Zero Waste lifestyle can not only be “stylish”
but also lead to significant health benefits as well as time and money savings.
Writers LIVE! programs are supported in part by a bequest from The Miss Howard Hubbard Adult Programming Fund. Reopening activities are made
possible in part by a generous gift from Sandra R. Berman.
