TICKET INFORMATION AND THE AWAY SECTION THE TICKET OFFICE IS LOCATED ON THE FRONT OF THE REVELL WARD STAND, NEXT TO THE STADIUM SUPERSTORE. THERE IS A CASH MACHINE LOCATED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE STADIUM HEALTH AND FITNESS CLUB WHICH IS ADJACENT TO THE FANTASTIC MEDIA STAND. The visiting supporter section at the John Smith’s Stadium is located in the Abzorb South Stand. Tickets will be sent to the visiting Club approximately four to six weeks before the fixture takes place. The John Smith’s Stadium is an all-seater arena and all supporters are asked to remain in their seats at all times. Supporters are also asked to ensure gangways and aisles are kept free from obstruction in case of emergencies. Away supporters enter the ground through turnstiles 17 – 20 in the Abzorb South Stand. Disabled supporters and their assistants will enter via turnstiles 17 – 20 in the Abzorb South Stand or the accessible gate in the Revell Ward Lower Tier next to turnstile 16. Please check tickets for details. Huddersfield Town operates a strict no smoking policy. Smoking is not allowed in any area within the stadium, including electronic cigarettes
INFORMATION FOR DISABLED SUPPORTERS The Club’s Disability Liaison Officer Sue Farrell can be contacted on sue.farrell@htafc.com or on 01484 960 606 - option 3 should you require any assistance. There is a limited number of disabled parking spaces available on site, please note this must be arranged at least 72 hours before the day of the game. FLAGS AND BANNERS Away supporters are welcome to bring flags and banners to the ground, as long as they meet the Club’s safety requirements. For further details, please view the stadium’s policy here: https://www.htafc.com/siteassets/pdfs/flags-and- banners-policy.pdf. Please note that the club reserves the right to turn banners away on the grounds of offensive content. MATCH DAY PROGRAMME Our match day programme, ‘The Terrier’ is available to purchase from designated programme sellers around the John Smith’s Stadium and the Club Shop at £3.50. LOST PROPERTY If you become aware you have lost something during your visit to the John Smith’s Stadium, please contact your nearest steward. The stewards will ask for details of the lost item and will verify whether something of that description has been handed in. If you become aware you have lost something after the game, please email reception@ksdl.org.uk providing details of the item lost, where you were sitting and daytime contact details.
