All funds raised through the auction support the Houston Symphony’s Education and Community programming, which serves more than 127,000 Houstonians, including more than 90,000 children, every year. ITEMS NOT CLAIMED If the item is not paid for and picked up from the Houston Symphony offices within seven business days, the item may be offered to the second highest bidder. PAYMENT Payment by the winning bidder must be made at the time designated for the auction checkout. Auction items will not be released to winning bidder unless payment has been received. Cash, check or credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. AIRFARE, TRIPS and CERTIFICATES Reservations for hotel rooms, entertainment and services may be subject to availability and must be mutually agreed upon with the donor unless otherwise specified.
