COMPANY OVERVIEW FINECUT is a film company specializing in international sales and marketing, production, financing and acquisition of high-end films, set up in 2008 by Youngjoo SUH, the founder of Cineclick Asia, who has represented many works of the best known Korean filmmakers such as LEE Chang-dong (BURNING, POETRY), KIM Ki-duk (PIETA), Hong Sangsoo (THE NOVELIST'S FILM, IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE), PARK Chan-wook (OLD BOY), and BONG Joon-ho (THE HOST). SUH has represented not only Korean films but also a wide variety of international films such as TUYA'S MARRIAGE (China), the winner of Golden Bear Award in Berlin Int'l Film Festival, OPIUM WAR (Afghanistan), the winner of Golden Marc'Aurelio Critics Award in Rome Int'l Film Festival, Pablo TRAPERO's LION'S DEN (Argentina) and CARANCHO (Argentina), which were both invited to Cannes Film Festival. FINECUT's films are also enjoying outstanding success not only commercially but also critically. THE WAILING (dir. NA Hong Jin) was presented at 2016 Cannes Film Festival (Out of Competition) and THE AGE OF SHADOWS (dir. KIM Jee-woon) at 2016 Venice Film Festival (Out of Competition), distributing worldwide and getting invited to numerous acclaimed festivals. LEE Chang-dong's latest film BURNING won the International Critics' Prize at 2018 Cannes Film Festival. Hong Sangsoo's latest film, THE NOVELIST'S FILM has won the Silver Bear for Grand Jury Prize at 2022 Berlin International Film Festival and IM Sang-soo's HEAVEN: TO THE LAND OF HAPPINESS has been selected for 2020 Cannes Film Festival Official Selection. On the commercial side, FINECUT presented well-made genre successes such as THE CHASER (dir. NA Hong Jin), BEDEVILLED (dir. JANG Cheol-soo), I SAW THE DEVIL (dir. KIM Jee-woon), NEW WORLD (dir. PARK Hoon-jung), MIRACLE IN CELL NO.7 (dir. LEE Hwan-kyung) which recorded over 12.8M admissions, and THE ATTORNEY (dir. YANG Woo-seok), which drew over 11.3M admissions. Also, THE MEDIUM (dir. Banjong Pisanthanakun) presented a noticeable global box office score, including screening long-term for 13 weeks in Singapore and recorded over 100M haul in Thailand. Since its launch, FINECUT has produced many acclaimed works including SUH's own co-producing titles LION'S DEN and CARANCHO, both directed by the Argentine director Pablo TRAPERO and the zombie animation SEOUL STATION (dir. YEON Sangho), the winner of Best Animated Feature Film at 2016 Asia Pacific Screen Awards. In 2022, FINECUT has started to produce the feature film CHRISTMAS CAROL (W/T) and a 12-episode TV series based on popular webtoon SEE YOU IN MY 19TH LIFE. Young-bae, an ace in the car loan industry, is put in a tough spot when his friend Dong-sik disappears with a supercar which he took on consignment. Not

Ho-sung returns to society after spending 8 years in prison for committing murder to protect his gang. Nothing was waiting for him in the outside world except
for his father's funeral. His presence is still a source of heart ache to his mother, and none of his family members are particularly happy to see him back. As
gangsters gather around the funeral, Ho-sung starts an ad hoc gambling den right with the funeral donation to make more money to prove that he's still alive
and to be the father by financially supporting his children. But his method backfires and ends up biting his butt instead and when his childhood friend Yang-
