Why Use the High Flyer
Mobile App?
• We’ve done some research and have found that our customers want
early order discounts, and these discounts can impact their
purchase decisions*:

3% of farmers prefer early order discounts over any other type
of offer.
o 67% of farmers indicate early order discounts had a strong impact
on their seed choice.
• We also know that it’s important to have seed conversations early in
season with farmers to lock in our customer base.
• Knowing how impactful going early can be to locking in business
and helping you achieve your sales goals, DEKALB and Asgrow is
introducing a new early-activity tactic and tool: High Flyer.
• This App makes it easy to start selling conversations early in the season.
• You can drive early activity while enabling flexibility in the incentive
amounts and offers.
• You can manage budgets and commitments in real time to achieve
sales goals.
• High Flyer gives you the flexibility to view, edit and take care of business
wherever you are.

Get Started
Monitor and manage progress
on a daily basis!
1 Open our email “Welcome to the
DEKALB Asgrow High Flyer Mobile App.”
2 Download the App to your mobile device
from the App Store or Google Play.

3 Open the App.
4 Click the First Time User hyperlink.

Get Started
Complete your registration.
1 Enter your email address.

2 Enter the security code shown in the
email you received.

3 Click Continue.
If you’re a first time user, you will need to
set up your password. Requirements:
• Include a minimum of 14 characters.
• Include 3 out of 4 of the following:
uppercase, lowercase, number, special
character.

Add Your App to a Second Device

1 Click on App Store icon. You will see the
home page of the app store.

2 Click on your avatar image in the top right
of the AppStore home page.
3 Click on Purchased.
4 Click on My Purchases.
5 Find High Flyer app in your listing and
click on the download icon to add to your
second device.

6 Sign in using your email address and
password you set up on the first device.

View All Your
Dealer Locations
If you are tied to multiple locations you
will see this screen.
1 Click the Growers icon.
2 Toggle into each Dealer location to
see account-associated information,
including seller, Grower and budget.

Manage Your Growers
You can view all Grower information in 2 3
one place and easily track sales targets.

2 Search for customers.
3 Add a new Grower.
• Tap the plus sign in upper right corner.
• Enter Grower Account Name, First Name,
Last Name and Email.
4 Click “All” to see your Growers.
5 “Open” Growers have not yet made a
commitment.
6 “Committed” Growers have made a
commitment and a green indicator appears
to the left of their name.

Enter Commitments
Capture commitments on the spot
with your customers.

1 From the Open tab, select “Offer.”
2 Your 2020 Acre Goal is the number you
are targeting. Review 2020 units and
total acres to understand what your
goals are for 2021. Acreage is calculated
using an acreage equivalent of 2.5 acres
per 1 unit of DEKALB and 1 acre per unit
of Asgrow. 6
3 Enter 2021 units (or bags) per crop. The 2 4
acres calculate automatically, based on
Hold and Grow incentive amounts.
4 When 2021 Estimated turns green, it’s
eligible for an incentive.
5 Click to Save Commitment. 3
6 Or, you can click Edit to enter a Hold or
Grow incentive based on your customer
needs. You can also enter a unit amount 5
below prior year and it will calculate.
7 Click Grower Info if you wish to edit their
email address.

Edit Incentives
Easily create a custom incentive if your
customer incentive needs vary from the
standard hold and grow incentive.
1 If your customer needs warrant a
different incentive than the standard
Hold or Grow amount, you can create
a custom incentive. Note: Work with 2
your DEKALB Asgrow Representative
to understand the maximum discount
amount allowed.

2 Modify both the “hold” and “grow”
per unit incentive as needed to
calculate the appropriate total
incentive for the commitment. You
can also enter a unit amount below 3
prior year and it will calculate.

3 Click to Save Commitment.

They’ll receive an email confirmation

edit their commitments and incentives

Add sellers at your location to 2

email address and click “Send invite.”
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have multiple
Dealer locations, select the Dealer
location you’d like to add the seller to.

the seller’s email address. If status
is Registered, you will not be able to
update the seller’s email address.

ThryvOn™ Technology is not currently available for commercial sale or commercial planting. Commercialization is dependent on multiple factors, including successful conclusion of the
regulatory process. ThryvOn™ Technology may not be registered in all states. Check with your state pesticide regulatory agency for the registration status in your state.
XtendFlex® soybeans have received full approval for planting in the United States but are pending approval in certain export markets. For 2020, XtendFlex® soybeans will be available as
part of a stewarded introduction only to growers who have signed a 2020 XtendFlex® Stewardship Agreement and agree to follow the stewardship requirements. Commercial availability in
2021 is dependent upon regulatory approval.
ALWAYS READ AND FOLLOW PESTICIDE LABEL DIRECTIONS. It is a violation of federal and state law to use any pesticide product other than in accordance with its labeling. NOT
ALL formulations of dicamba, glyphosate or glufosinate are approved for in-crop use with products with XtendFlex® Technology. ONLY USE FORMULATIONS THAT ARE SPECIFICALLY
LABELED FOR SUCH USES AND APPROVED FOR SUCH USE IN THE STATE OF APPLICATION. Contact the U.S. EPA and your state pesticide regulatory agency with any questions
about the approval status of dicamba herbicide products for in-crop use with Roundup Ready 2 Xtend® soybeans or products with XtendFlex® Technology.
B.t. products may not yet be registered in all states. Check with your seed brand representative for the registration status in your state.
Performance may vary, from location to location and from year to year, as local growing, soil and weather conditions may vary. Growers should evaluate data from multiple locations and
years whenever possible and should consider the impacts of these conditions on the grower’s fields.
Roundup Ready ® Technology contains genes that confer tolerance to glyphosate. Products with XtendFlex® Technology contains genes that confer tolerance to glyphosate,
glufosinate and dicamba. Glyphosate will kill crops that are not tolerant to glyphosate. Dicamba will kill crops that are not tolerant to dicamba. Glufosinate will kill crops that are not
tolerant to glufosinate. Contact your seed brand dealer or refer to the Monsanto Technology Use Guide for recommended weed control programs.
