We are pleased to present our first newsletter for 2021 which is full of information on the Topham Park Community, including news from our new Liaison Officer representing us on 55 Division’s Liaison Committee, a resident’s view on what it’s like to live in Topham Park as well as pictures of the winners from many of the contests we conducted in 2020 and late 2019. NEIGHBOURHOOD STORY What’s It Like In Your Topham Park? Let me begin with a story. Once there was a wise grandmother who sat with her granddaughter outside the family gas station in their town.
