On the Cover... End of October is still time for fall foliage and in the Smoky Mountains here is plenty to see. The Great Smoky Mountains October 31-November 5, 2021 We have put together an exciting trip where you have three nights at the Country Cascades Hotel. After checking in you will have the Country Tonite show, Hatfield and McCoy “The Christmas Disaster” Dinner show, Dolly Parton’s Stampede Christmas Show, Smith Morning Variety Show and a visit to the Titanic Museum. Also included is a guided Mountain Tour. Since we are so close to Christmas we will have some shopping time in Downtown Gatlinburg and also free time at the Island which is 23 acres of entertainment with over 80 shops, restaurants and attractions. The Island Show Fountains are programmed to music and lights year round and you can also purchase a ticket to ride “The Wheel” which is 200 feet tall. This is a great way to see the entire island. We are thrilled that so many of you are ready to travel. In this newsletter you will find enthusiasm for the future. We are offering many new options both short and longer tours for you to think about or just to enjoy daydreaming about the possibility of returning to some fun place in the world. We are looking at all the guidelines to produce safe travel for you. Groups on the motorcoaches will be smaller, masks will not be required on the bus but some places we visit may require them. This will not be a “one shoe fits all” in the guidelines for travel. We will be giving out more detailed information on each trip in the final payment letter, but we will be ready to answer any questions at any time that you have.
