Hello!

We are Dan and Rach: husband and wife duo, partners
in crime, owner-operators of The Refinery.

When planning our own wedding back in 2015, we
struggled to find a venue in Brisbane that ticked all
of the boxes. After going through this experience, we
decided it was time to raise the industry standard and
create the venue of our dreams, The Refinery.

What was once a panel beater is now transformed into
a stunning, versatile space. We focus on delivering the
best across everything we do, from delicious restaurant
quality food (created by our sister venue Rogue Bistro),
to impeccable service and our range of on-trend
furniture and inclusions.

You’ll find Dan leading the kitchen as Head Chef in
both of our venues and Rach personally looks after
all events from the planning right through to on-the-
day coordination as your Event Manager. Together,
we work tirelessly to ensure we host your wedding as
though it was our own and alongside us, our amazing
tight-knit #DreamTeam shares our vision and helps us
go above and beyond to bring your dream wedding to
life!

This is us in a nutshell, but we would love to chat with
you further and show you through our beautiful space.
And hopefully you’ll love it as much as we do!

CEREMONY PACKAGE
Host your big day at The Refinery without having to worry about
guests travelling from point A to point B. Our ceremonies are held
in our beautiful private garden, followed by canapés, grazing tables
and drinks before your evening reception kicks off. We’ll look after
everyone while you’re off getting photos!

$1500 | 2HR PACKAGE

INCLUSIONS
- Exclusive use of the private garden for two hours
- 60x clear ghost chairs
- Arbour and signing table
- Cocktail furniture
- Full set up / pack down
- Waitstaff / barstaff
- Dedicated event manager on the day
- Access for a ceremony rehearsal if required

THINGS TO NOTE
- Celebrants must bring their own PA system.
- A ceremony must be booked in conjunction with a
  reception package. The ceremony must immediately
  precede the reception.
- A live singer or duo is permitted in the garden until
  5.30pm and can move indoors thereafter.
- We have a covered area with a retractable awning in

BRIDAL SUITE
Our newly renovated bridal suite is complimentary and available
for you (and your wedding party) to use to freshen up while you’re
on site for your ceremony and reception. Below is an option if you
would like to use our space to get ready before your ceremony -
super convenient and no transport stress!

VENUE VIEWING

Contact Rach via the details below and organise a time to
have a walk-through of the venue and see this beauty of a
place in the flesh!

TENTATIVE HOLD

We can place a tentative hold on one date, for seven days
only.

SECURING THE DATE

Once you have decided we’re the one, a $2500 deposit is
required and our terms and conditions must be signed. All
deposits are non-refundable.

FURTHER PAYMENT

Due 90 days prior to the event:
50% of the estimated final expenditure
(excludes the initial deposit)

Due 10 days prior to the event:
Remainder of the expected expenditure
