Anurag Mathur Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited Anurag Mathur was previously Head of International, Asia-Pacific Retail Banking & Wealth Management at HSBC with direct responsibility over eight markets, comprising Bangladesh, Brunei, Macau, Mauritius, New Zealand, Philippines, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. Having joined the HSBC Group in Hong Kong in 2009, he has held senior regional roles in product management, strategic planning and business performance management. He is an Executive Committee member for Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Asia Pacific. In his career spanning over twenty years, Anurag has worked in Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong. He holds a Master of Business Administration (Financial Management) from the University of Western Australia and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Meet your speakers Manprit Singh Director, Data & AI Avanade Manprit Singh, Enterprise AI solutions Architect and mentor at Avanade. He drives the architecture, technology readiness & creation of AI infused innovative offerings for various industries. He consults customers in identifying use cases that have high potential of benefiting from AI infusion. By skilfully applying design thinking he makes AI and machine learning real for his customers, helping them in their digital transformation journey. He also builds minimum viable products for those use cases and mentors in realization of these MVPs into sustained products and offerings. These solutions have solved a wide range of problems in areas such as Contact Centers, Insurance Claims, AI enabled RPA, Digital Marketing, KYC, Financial markets, Field Service, Citizen Engagement, Industrial Automation, Aviation Safety, Audio- Video-Image analytics, Social Care, etc. Several of these have subsequently been deployed, resulting in positive business outcomes. Marc Mathenz Managing Director for Asia Pacific Fiserv Asia Pacific Marc Mathenz is the managing director for the Asia Pacific region in the International Group at Fiserv, Inc. Joining the company in early 2015, he oversees business development, sales and marketing, operations and customer relationships for the region. Mathenz has a strong background in business and corporate development as well as operations. He has a demonstrable track record of managerial excellence and shareholder value creation with experience working for blue chip leaders in financial services, financial technology, payments services, professional and business services as well as software. In addition, he has experience in the private equity and early stage venture capital sector and co-founded a successful technology corporate finance advisory business. Previously, Mathenz was with First Data for a decade, most recently as senior vice president (SVP), head of Asia Pacific, responsible for managing the First Data business across 12 countries and prior to that role as Chief Financial Officer, Asia Pacific. Mathenz has held a number of senior posts based in London at Henderson Private Capital Ltd, GorillaPark Ltd, Tomkins Plc and Credit Suisse First Boston. Shefali Gupta Executive Director, Technology & Operations, Strategy & Planning Management Office DBS Bank (Singapore) Shefali is a senior international banker with 18 years of experience in consumer and corporate banking with Citigroup and DBS Bank. In her current role as Executive Director of the Technology & Operations Strategy & Planning Management Office, Shefali has executive oversight in areas such as Customer Experience (CE), Strategic Initiatives, Change Management and Future of Learning.
