Buyer’s Prep Guide The G&M Buyer’s Prep Guide is the single most important guide you should read before buying your very own dream Summerhouse. It cover’s: • Base Prep • Planning Permission • Painting • Site Access • The Order Process Please read this to get a fuller understanding of what you need to consider before buying your Summerhouse. We’ve created a short summary of base preparation and painting here to get you started. Base Prep All Summerhouses require A LEVEL SLABBED BASE. We will not assemble your building if the base is not sufficient and will result in additional charges. It’s best to get this correct from the offset and to avoid yourself any unnecessary frustrations down the road. Your basework might be an additional cost you have to consider in your overall shed project. We strongly advise you to source a local professional landscaper to carry out this work for you. Detailed information is available in the Buyer’s Prep Guide. Base plans are available on request.
