30% - Base Commission
1. Attend the Product Sale Training on 5/20/19 or 5/21/19
2. Sign up to sell by 6/15/19
3. Full payment by 12/8/19
Bonus Checks (Can Only Earn One Level)***
LEVEL 1 — Sell $5,000 in total product + Base Commission requirements = 3% BONUS CHECK
LEVEL 2 (OPTION A) — Sell $10,000 in total product + Base Commission requirements = 5% BONUS CHECK
LEVEL 2 (OPTION B) — District achieves goal of total units selling and each of those units sell at least $3,000
+ Base Commission requirements = 5% BONUS CHECK FOR ALL SELLING UNITS IN DISTRICT!
LEVEL 3 — Sell $20,000 in total product + Base Commission requirements = 8% BONUS CHECK
LEVEL 4 — Sell $35,000 in total product + Base Commission requirements = 10% BONUS CHECK

What if I could show you how to earn $3,000 in ONE Weekend? Additionally, what if I could pass on this information to your
Scouts in such a way that it gives them skills that you’ve only before witnessed in professional adults?
My name is Michael Beck and I am a father of two Scouts. I am also the creator of a program that has helped many Scout
units stop worrying about funds and helps them to concentrate more on the FUN of Scouting. This program is responsible for
helping Packs go from $1,500 in sales to over $80,000 in sales. As sensational as that number seems, that is an actual figure
based upon proven results.
In 2009, I was approached by Camp Masters and agreed to develop my proven sales program for use as the preferred sales
method for Councils. Since that time, in every location where I have presented, the units that have attended have found a new
belief in themselves and in what they are able to achieve and accomplish.
Each year, I do a limited number of presentations with Camp Master Councils to try to help every unit, I would like to invite
each of you to attend the Blue Ridge Council’s training sessions. From the information I present, you will be able to pass on to
your Scouts the abilities necessary to develop better communication and public speaking skills, a greater degree of self-
confidence, higher self-esteem and the ability to earn their own way in Scouting.
The greatest thing of all is that you will be able to watch it happen. Every year I tell parents to watch their Scouts for the first
½ hour and they will see their young man or woman transform right before their eyes. It doesn’t matter if the Scout is 6 or
16, they will see it happen!
I am very excited about being able to offer you this unique opportunity. You have nothing to lose except a little time (which I
won’t waste) and so much more to gain for your Scouts, for your leaders and for yourself. I hope to see you there!
REGISTER TO ATTEND: https://scoutingevent.com/551-ProductSalesTraining20192019 Highlights and Council Incentives Get More Product – As you run out of product, extra popcorn and nuts are available at the Council Service Center every Friday as product is available. “No Cost, No Risk” Popcorn Trial – If your unit didn’t sell popcorn in 2018, we’ll give you a custom package of popcorn to try it out. You keep the commission on what you sell. You can return what you don’t sell. *“No Cost, No Risk” Units can earn Bonus Checks by meeting the Bonus Check criteria. **Additional custom packages can be ordered once the balance due of previous package has been paid. Mystery House Program – Three homes in our Council will be chosen as a Mystery House. The Scout who sells popcorn/nuts to the Mystery House will win a one of our great prizes from the Prize Stash. Clues about the Mystery Houses will be posted to the Council Facebook page. The Mystery Houses will open at the Show & Sell pick up on August 10 and will remain open until all three are found. $750 Club – Scouts who sell $750 of popcorn/nuts will gain admission to Clemson Day or Carolina Day. * Units that sell $10,000 of popcorn/nuts will be able to send their entire unit to Clemson Day.**Scouts BSA/Venturers/Explorers who earn the $750 Club will also play Ultimate Fris- bee vs. the football team at the Clemson Day. Clemson/Carolina Day – Scouts and their families can attend a Clemson or Carolina Sports Clinic. Scouts will participate in sports activities with student athletes! Scouts who sell at least $750 will also receive a limited-edition Clemson or Carolina-Boy Scout baseball hat and have their hats autographed by student athletes. *Baseball hat is available to $750 sellers only. There will be an additional “family” hat available to purchase at Clemson Day for those who don’t qualify for Clemson Day hat. For units that qualify for$10,000 in sales, only $750 sellers from that unit will receive a hat. **Carolina Day is coordinated by the Indian Waters Council. $2,500 Club – Scouts who sell $2,500 of popcorn/nuts will earn a free week of summer camp at Camp Old Indian or a Blue Ridge Council day camp. $3,000 Popcorn Club – Scouts who sell $3,000 worth of popcorn will earn a NEW Camping Package! (2 person tent, 6-in-1 Grill- ing tool, Hammock, Aluminum Tactical Flashlight, Set of Walkie-Talkies and Swiss Army Backpack) OR American Express Gift cheque for 5% of total sales. (NOTE: THIS IS A CAMP MASTERS EXCLUSIVE PRIZE FOR POPCORN SALES ONLY.) $10,000 “Top Selling Unit” Club – Units that sell $10,000 worth of popcorn/nuts will be able to send their entire unit to Clem- son Day. PLUS, the unit will be eligible to send their $1,500 selling Scouts to the Blue Ridge Council Super Trip! Cub Scouts will spend the night on the USS Yorktown in Charleston, SC and Scouts BSA will spend the day at the US National Whitewater Center in Char- lotte, NC.
