TRAINING AND EVALUATION 5. The Fun Part (Training) Get ready for our engaging training that uses both EFL and soft skills methodology. At Mango we believe training needs to be fun as well as informative. No matter which modules you choose, we will deliver them in a memorable way. 6. Evaluation We conduct evaluations for all our training based on level one (feedback form), level two (pre and post test) and level three (focus group or survey) after the training. 5
