FY 2023 AOC Business Plan Safety Oversee and operate the safest aerospace system in the world, all with a culture of continuous improvement Safety Culture Commitment Reinforce and promote “Safety Culture” across FAA and industry that integrates all aspects of Safety Culture (i.e., Just Culture, Reporting Culture, Learning Culture, Flexible Culture, and Informed Culture) to improve safety performance throughout the NAS.
