Things To Consider We can help you organise your event in the time you have available, be it next week or next year. You are likely to need a bar, a dancefloor, as well as tables and chairs which we also provide. We can style your entire event, from seasonal floristry, chill out areas, seating areas, table dressings, lighting and anything else you would like to include. We also advise on generators (where needed), loos and heating. We take the stress out of the planning and show you just how to create the tipi event of your dreams. Wondering what you need with your Tipi hire? Big Hat Tipis
You can have 1 stand-alone tipi or use our special link-kit to link as many tipis together as you need
creating 1 large space. 1 Big Hat tipi comfortably seats 70 people.
Because we believe in clear inclusive costs, our tipi prices include :
Warm-white fairy lights down each tipi pole; matting flooring throughout; uplighters in each tipi & VAT.
If you would like your event to run over several days, we offer special rates for long term lets.

Our round Tables do not require a tablecloth, made from natural timber, rough sawn
and sanded before being waxed and buffed.

We have specialist Hard Standing Kits with reclaimed whisky barrel ballasts, allowing us to
pitch on hard surfaces as well as grass.
