massif, known to some climbers as
the Swiss Dolomites. The vertiginous
limestone walls are perfect for
anyone who loves to climb,

in general has grown steadily. She

are villages... and perhaps even more. Here’s one of
them – so get cooking!
Recipe for 4 tarts
Pastry: 1 kg flour, 1 large pinch of salt, 25 g yeast,
mixed with a little warm water, 70 g melted butter,
800 ml milk, 15 g butter, 1 egg, beaten.

Filling: 400 g caster sugar, 150 ml double cream,
1 egg yolk, 150 g butter.
Mix the flour, salt, yeast mixture and melted butter
into 1/3 of the milk, gradually add the rest of the milk

Cette étape du « Panorama Bike » traverse le pays du Gruyère AOP, L’esprit s’envole entre l’idyllique Lac Noir et Aettenberg.
