Cuchaule AOP owes its inimitable flavour to the traditional recipe using saffron, which also gives it its wonderful yellow colour. recipe VulLy Tart There are as many recipes for this delicious tart as there are villages... and perhaps even more. Here’s one of them – so get cooking! Recipe for 4 tarts Pastry: 1 kg flour, 1 large pinch of salt, 25 g yeast, mixed with a little warm water, 70 g melted butter, 800 ml milk, 15 g butter, 1 egg, beaten. YumMy chocOlate… Filling: 400 g caster sugar, 150 ml double cream, 1 egg yolk, 150 g butter. Mix the flour, salt, yeast mixture and melted butter into 1/3 of the milk, gradually add the rest of the milk The green pastures of Fribourg Region are well known (warmed) and knead until you have a light, puffy, airy for their diverse flora. Cédric Clément, director of Fribourg Tourism, used it as his inspiration for a fabulous, three- dimensional, digital experience, immersing visitors in the medieval life of the Old Town of Fribourg.
