All of our UK tournaments have a senior member of event staff. We also
have an Emergency Contact Number manned 24 hours a day to assist you
in the event of an emergency while on tour.
2 EASY STEPS TO BOOK
1. Pay an initial deposit of £295 to reserve your team's place in the
tournament. Arrange for your club members to pay their deposits of £35
per person (UK Tours) or £50 per person (European Tours). Deposits for
£35pp are due four weeks after the initial £295 deposit. Once received we
will send you your invoice and confirmation of tour arrangements.
2. The final balance is then due 10 weeks prior to your departure date. You
