• Book now and we only require a £20 deposit per person.
• Please pre order drinks for your convenience, they will be placed on
your table prior to arrival to ensure a quick service.
• Final payment not due until Friday 30th November 2018.
• All monies paid are non-refundable.
• Please advise the Festive Office about any dietary requirements in
advance as we will have an option for every request.
• In case you have a specific wish in regards to the table plans, please
let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate your
request, however we cannot guarantee that every request will be met.
• The Ballroom will be set with round tables seating 10 – 12 guests
therefore groups may be asked to share tables.
• We are unable to offer any additional discount on any of our festive
events that includes Premier Gold and Hilton Shareholders.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT.
