The Climate Action Film Festival is brought to you by SunCommon, a Certified B Corporation providing a market solution to climate change through affordable home and commercial solar in Vermont and New York’s Hudson Valley. SunCommon has long relied on the power of storytelling to inspire and to bring more people into the solar movement. But the environmental crisis we’re facing demands more than transitioning our grid to renewables: it requires diverse solutions and collective action on an unprecedented scale. To that end, SunCommon created CAFF to bring together communities and inspire further action. Addressing the climate crisis is a monumental task, but taking action is easier knowing that not one of us is doing it alone, and that our collective actions can add up to real solutions. One action you can take right now is to consider how your home or business can reduce its carbon footprint.
