Bacon, Brie, Lettuce and Tomato with Horseradish Ingredients Instructions 2 slices beefsteak tomato Heat a medium sized skillet over medium- (or other large tomato) high heat. 1 tsp olive oil Spread softened butter on one side of each Kosher salt to taste slice of bread. On one slice, spread half of the 2 slices sourdough bread horseradish on the non-buttered side, and place butter side down in pan. Add two slices 1 tbsp butter, softened of Mt. Tam to bread, and cover with lid for 1 1 tbsp horseradish, prepared minute. (we LOVE Beaver Extra Hot) 2 1/4" thick slices Mt. Tam Triple Creme Remove cover, and add bacon. Spread other half of horseradish on other slice of bread, 2 slices bacon, cooked to crispy and place on sandwich. Macadons Your local source for uniquely flavored macarons and ice cream For Donna Chan, it was love at first bite. It smell that’s found in Southeast Asia. After spending many sleepless nights researching and testing methods, she finally created perfect traditional macarons. Yet, she still felt like they lacked something, and knew she needed a breakthrough. Embracing her Asian heritage, Donna began infusing unique flavors such as taro, green tea, and other non-traditional flavors into her macarons. They were an instant hit with friends and family who encouraged Donna to continue creating macarons with an Asian flair. And she did exactly that. Macadons (a play off the words “macarons” and “Donna”) was born. Donna and her business partner, Michael Huynh, started with flavors that they both loved, but weren’t typical to macarons.
