ABE, ESL, GED & CITIZENSHIP The Farmington Board of Education provides courses in Adult Basic Education (ABE), Citizenship, High School Completion Programs (GED®, CDP, and NEDP), and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESL). These courses are FREE to residents of Farmington, Unionville, Avon, Canton, Collinsville, Burlington, and Harwinton. Registration is required for ALL courses!
