CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Taking part as an exhibitor in Spannabis Barcelona 2020 implies compliance with a series of rules
and requirements, with the aim of guaranteeing security in the venue, the proper functioning of the
authorized spaces and the normal development of the program.
These requirements are included in the Conditions of Participation document.
Any breach of the regulations of the exhibiting company will be penalized. This penalty may vary from
an economic sanction to the cancellation of the stand, being also the responsibility of the exhibiting
company any breach of the assembly and disassembly regulations by the assembly company.

GOODS
GOODS DELIVERY AND PICKING
The control of delivery and collection of goods is carried out in Gate 5 (P5) of the venue:
C/ Tirso de Molina, 34 - 08940 - Cornellà del Llobregat (Barcelona)
Once there, the person in charge of logistics operations will indicate to the carrier the shift and the loading
and unloading point, according to the location of the stand of the exhibitor.
The door of entrance and exit of merchandize, as well as the outer square, must be cleared as fast as
possible once the material is loaded or unloaded.
The Organization will not handle any merchandise that is not properly packaged and labeled.
TIMINGS
All merchandise must be delivered / collected within the stipulated hours, without exception. Please, do
not stop insisting on them to your transport company.

LABELING
For both delivery and collection, each package must be VISIBLY NUMBERED AND LABELED with the

LOADING AND UNLOADING MACHINERY
The organization puts at the disposal of the exhibitors, free of charge, loading / unloading machinery with
operator included. The loading and unloading shifts will be assigned by the organization.

GOODS SHIPPING ASSISTANCE
For those exhibiting companies from outside Spain and especially outside the European Community that
need assistance in shipping their goods, we recommend the company WE Services, which makes available
a comprehensive service for sending goods from the origin to right in the booth.
In addition to the comprehensive service, in order to avoid delays in delivery, extra import costs or possible
returns, WE Services also offers specific services in part of the shipping process such as:
• Management of temporary / definitive customs procedures, imports / exports
• Transport and Standard / Express Courier Services
• Specialized packaging supply service
• Storage of goods and direct deliveries up to stand
• Transportation and stay insurance coverage

GOODS STORAGE
Spannabis has a free goods storage service for Exhibitors.
- All the material to be stored must be properly labeled with the name of the exhibiting company and its
stand number, including all those packing elements (boxes, pallets and other packages).
- The warehouses are for the exclusive use of the exhibitors and organizers. Its use for the material of the
assembling company is not allowed.
- During the fair, the entrances and exits of material to these warehouses are only managed by the
organization personnel, in charge of the logistic operations of the fair, to whom the exhibiting company
must advise in case of wanting to make use of this service.
- To avoid any agglomeration in the warehouses, the exhibiting companies are urged to keep the promotional
material of continuous use in their respective stands. In this sense, we remind you that you can request the
construction of warehouses for private use in the stands (see page 12).
- The packaging material will be stored in a warehouse further away and access to it will not be allowed
during the fair days.
- Dismantling works begin once the fair is over and the evacuation tasks have been carried out (20:30h
approx.). At this time the warehouses will begin to be evicted by the organization staff, and the merchandise
and packaging will be transported to their corresponding stands.
Given the limited space of the venue and the high number of exhibiting companies, this operation can
take several hours, even if the exhibiting company has its own transport vehicle.

EXHIBITOR PASSES AND INVITATIONS
ACCREDITATIONS REQUEST WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY THE 2ND UNTIL FEBRUARY THE 17TH, 2020.
Each exhibitor has several passes for the staff that will work in the stands during the fair. One exhibitor accreditation
will be provided for every 2 square meters of stand surface (for stands of less than 30m²). For stands of higher
measures, ask the organization.
The Organization will send by e-mail to the exhibitors all the details to access the online platform where they must
request each one of the passes for their workers, providing the required documentation.
In case of reaching the established accreditation limit, the exhibitor may acquire extra accreditations at € 40 / unit,
requesting them via email to acreditaciones@spannabis.com.
DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT ACCORDING TO THE SITUATION OF EACH COMPANY:
Every exhibiting company must comply with the Occupational Risk Prevention regulations and adopt the appropriate
measures for compliance.
During the accreditation process through the online platform, the name, surname and Passport / ID number of each
worker will be required, as well as the documentation related to their employment status.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED ON THE ONLINE PLATFORM ACCORDING TO THE TYPE OF CONTRACT:
- For payroll workers: “Workers Declaration” completed, stamped and signed by the company (DOWNLOAD HERE).
- For Autonomous and / or eventual workers for the contest, including hostesses: documentation that certifies the
registration in Social Security, with a recent date.
Once the accreditations have been requested and the appropriate documentation attached, the Organization will
check the data and send a notification via email to the exhibiting company, confirming the availability of exhibitor
passes in PDF format for download from the platform.
Before entering the Spannabis venue, each exhibitor pass must be presented and validated in the offices of the
Organization (Gate 5), showing an official identity document (DNI / NIE / Passport). An identification bracelet for
exhibitors will be delivered individually to each worker, valid to access the premises during assembly, the three days
of the event and disassembly works.
INVITATIONS
The Organization puts at the disposal of the exhibiting companies 10 invitations per stand (20 for sponsors) so that
they can attend their clients and suppliers on the occasion of the fair. These invitations are for a single access and are
valid for any day of the show, being available for download from the online platform two weeks before the beginning
of the fair.
If the exhibiting companies want to access more additional invitations, they can purchase tickets at a reduced price
through the ticket purchase system (using a special discount code for exhibitors, which has to be requested via email
to accreditations@spannabis.com), and also in the Organization office during the assembly and fair days.
In both cases, the unit price of each additional one-day invitation is € 16.00, the price of the three-day subscription is
€ 35.00. (Note: The ticket price at the ticket office is € 20.00 for one-day tickets and € 50.00 for the three-day ticket).
Through the signed contract, the Exhibitor ensures that the conditions established by law and in the terms governing the conditions of participation
in the fair are met in a responsible manner, and declares that they are aware of the tax and / or labor obligations to contract with the fair, as well as
aware of the tax and labor obligations of the staff that make up the stand and their commitment to prove it in case of requirement by the competent
authorities. The organizing company disclaims any responsibility for the breach of said obligations by the exhibitor, the Exhibitor must respond
directly to the possible sanctions and, if the Organizer is affected, he reserves the right to repeat against the contracting party in claim of how many
actions in law there is room for the payment of economic sanctions as well as relevant interests and costs, in accordance with current legislation.
18+ ACCESS DENIED TO UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE 18+
10ASSEMBLERS ACCREDITATIONS
For access to assembly and / or disassembly, everyone must be previously accredited by the organization.
If the exhibiting company has external assemblers, that is to say, who are not in the workforce of the
exhibiting company (or accredited as such), they must send the organization a list with the names of these
assemblers and the documentation that certifies their labor register.
Depending on the country where the assembler is registered as a worker, the supporting documentation to
be sent to the organization will be the following:
Assemblers in work regime within Spain:
Workers on payroll: Updated nominal relationship (TC2).
Self-employed workers: Last receipt of the self-employed quota.
Occupational workers: Registration documentation in Social Security.
Assemblers in a work regime outside of Spain:
Autonomous or salaried: WORKERS DECLARATION (DOWNLOAD).
Any person who is not correctly registered or has not submitted the relevant documentation shall not
be credited.
If the person who is going to access the assembly already has an exhibitor’s accreditation, it is NOT necessary
to be included in the list of Assemblers; he/she can access the venue with the exhibitor’s accreditation.
The assemblers must go individually through the organization offices and show the ID/Passport to collect
the accreditation bracelet and be able to access the premises.
The days of validity of the assemblers’ accreditations are Tuesday 10, Wednesday 11, Thursday 12, Sunday
15 (from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.), Monday 16 and Tuesday 17 March 2020.

Every company must comply with the Occupational Risk Prevention regulations and must adopt the

of the Conditions of Participation.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The Organization may stop and/or suspend any assembly where it observes a breach of any point of the
regulations.

The Spannabis exhibitors can enjoy the VIP Lounge, a quiet space to hold
business meetings or simply to take a break during the fair.
The VIP Lounge will be located in the Auditorium of Cornellá, easily
accessible and communicated with the rest of the venue where the Fair is
held.
The room can be accessed by the staff of exhibiting companies accredited
with bracelet, as well as their companions.
The space will remain open during Friday and Saturday, during opening
hours of the fair. On Sunday this room will remain closed.
In addition, the assistant staff will have free access to drinks and snacks,
whose consumption will be subject only to the interior of the room and may
not be taken outside it.

13CANNABIS MAGAZINE SPECIAL ISSUE
The special edition of Cannabis Magazine that will be published on the occasion of Spannabis Barcelona
2020, will include all the information related to the fair in Cornellá, such as the list of exhibitors, the
map of stands and other data related to the event, in addition to the usual content of the magazine.
20,000 copies will be printed, and distributed for free to visitors and exhibitors of the fair, in addition
to being sent to bars and stores in Cataluña, all stores and distributors in our sector and offered for
sale to the public in press shops.

15SPANNABIS BARCELONA 2020 AWARDS
As in every edition, Spannabis organizes a contest where the exhibiting companies can present their products and
win prizes. The competition will be carried out through a voting system, where only professionals from the sector -
attendees and exhibitors - can evaluate and vote on their favorite products.

Only exhibiting companies can take part in the Awards. Each exhibiting company may present only one product per
category. It is not possible to present the same product in different categories.
To participate in any category, with the exception of the Best Stand, participating companies will have to:
1. Send the following information to the organization before February 20th:
- For Seed Bank category: Name and logo of the seed bank that is presented.
- For the other categories: Name of the product presented, description in English and Spanish (Word file, max. 1,000
characters) and high resolution photos (max. 2).
Once the deadline ends, no more applications will be accepted.
2. Deliver the product or products to the competition at the organization offices during the assembly days.
In case of large products (measures larger than 45x45x45cm), please deliver a printed photograph of them.
The collection of the products exhibited by the companies can be made in the offices of the organization once the
fair is over: from Sunday 15 (8:00 p.m.) until Monday March 16 (8:00 p.m.). After this date, the organization is not
responsible for these products.
VOTING SYSTEM
- Only accredited professionals, wearing a Professional or Exhibitor bracelet, can vote for their favorite products.
- Each exhibiting company, as well as the attending professionals, will be allowed a maximum of one votation.
- To guarantee a transparent competition based on the criteria of the voter regarding the quality of the products, the
participating companies must not use persuasion strategies or incitement to vote. To prevent this from happening,
the voting points will be itinerant.
- There will be several itinerant voting points. These will be responsible both for visiting the stands during the fair to
collect the votes of the exhibitors, and for touring the venue collecting votes of professionals.
- The prize booth will be used as an exhibition point for the products in competition. Any assistant can attend and
learn about them. The Spannabis Awards booth will NOT be a voting point.
AWARDS
The awards ceremony will take place on Sunday, March 15th at 7:30 p.m. on the stage of the outer plaza.

ICBC BARCELONA 2020 DAY
The International Cannabis Business Conference (ICBC) joins forces with Spannabis to organize a large
conference to be held on Thursday, March 12th, 2020.
In just six years, ICBC has become the leading B2B networking event on cannabis for entrepreneurs and
investors, organizing events with attendees from more than 50 countries.
The ICBC Barcelona day will take place in the Cornellà Auditorium and, as in the previous edition, a VIP
party will be held during the night.

WORLD CANNABIS CONFERENCES
The World Cannabis Conferences were born due to the need to materialize all
the advances and efforts carried out during the last years in the field of cannabis.
Through different thematic blocks in forum format and specific conferences, the
objective of this event is to delve into the different dimensions of cannabis and its
evolution in terms of science, medicine and politics.
The 8th edition of the World Cannabis Conferences will be held at the Cornellà
Auditorium on March 13th and 14th, 2020. Admission is free for all Spannabis

SPANNABIS CHAMPIONS CUP
One more year Spannabis will host the XV Spannabis Champions Cup, the
reference cannabis cup in Spain.
NS In this edition, the proceeds will be allocated again to the participants
themselves, a fundamental piece of Spannabis Champions Cup.
CHAMPIONS The awards ceremony will be held on Friday, March 13th, 2020 at 8:00 p.m.,
